I was first shown round our flat by Katherine who was lovely and incredibly helpful. Stav managed our let overall and he also went above and beyond. This was by far the easiest renting experience I've had with an estate agents and have Stav to thank for that.

He picked up the pieces where another agent had failed and managed to get a secure buyer in record time. His professional approach and attention to detail was outstanding. He ensured that the sale was on track all through the process and went far beyond his hours of work to make sure that questions were answered and deadlines were met. We were very happy with the service from Sebastian and Amy for the rental of our Barnes house. We discussed the marketing, timing and price with Amy for the few months running up to the rental and this proved to be spot on. We had 3 viewings prior to our house being launched on the website, and received offers from 2 of these, higher than the guide price. Sebastian provided excellent support throughout the process, guiding us and the new tenants on what was required at each stage. We were very happy with the whole experience from start to finish.
