GoogleVery tough market out there but that is no reflection of the efforts of the team at Barnard Marcus, who did an excellent job at getting people round to visit and following up with very prompt feedback. We previously used a competitor to market our property and their responsiveness wasn’t anything like Barnard Marcus. James, Vivian and the rest of the team are proactive, sensible, quick to respond and straight talking, and we would recommend them to anybody looking to sell their home.

GoogleUtterly hate letting agents usually, but took a chance on BM Streatham as I was having some trouble letting my flat out. Bernardo, the lettings manager was professional, did a good job, got the flat rented in a good amount of time, and was flexible on fees and terms. And my new tenants are lovely. If, like me, you're sceptical of using agents, give these a try.

GoogleMy and my friend moved to my new flat recently and it all was so easy and quick with Barnard Marcus. We had the viewing on a Saturday morning and we were signing the contract the following Friday. Leroy and Dominic explained every part of the process very clearly and were always available and willing to help when we needed it. I highly recommend to contact them if you are thinking of renting.

They worked hard for us, sold our property very promptly and supported us really well through a complex series of negotiations, with a great outcome for all concerned. They know all the quirks and characteristics of the local roads, too, which gives them a distinct edge. Recommended.

There are a couple of people in the team who are wonderful but this does not make up for the overall experience and incompetence that caused unnecessary delays, stress and extra costs. GoogleI was looking for a property to rent after my original house fell through. I contacted the lettings team at Barnard Marcus and dealt with a very polite and helpful girl called Amelia. Unfortunately I didn't find anything that worked with my dates but I would definitely recommend this branch as they were so friendly & attentive.
