My partner and I were looking for a flat to rent. Jasmine was very responsive to the online query and called me to book a viewing within the hour of sending the email. Communication with the team is fast and straightforward. The online referencing can be done in your own time. We were updated regularly through email. The team is friendly and warm. Prior to this move we also rented through Andrews. When we visited their office recently, Hayley still remembered us from a year ago. Little things like this made the service really personal.

Brilliant customer service

Me and my partner have just finalised on a new rental property and I can say without any doubt that in the 27 years I’ve been renting, Andrews have been the best to deal with. Nicole has been on hand throughout to put my partners mind at ease and we met Hayley today to sort out some final bits of paperwork and she too was brilliant. Any house move is a traumatic time but Nicole and Hayley have made it so much easier. If you’re buying or selling, renting or letting, then you can’t go wrong with Andrews.

The team were so helpful and proactive from the beginning of the sale process, Emily asked for a Teams chat very early on to get an idea of what I was after, as I live in Australia so was unable to meet in person. I had a great experience with Matt woods as the estate agent for the property I was buying, the process in itself was a shamble but thanks to Matt constantly chasing the onward chain for updates, keeping myself and my partner in the loop at every opportunity, easy to get in contact with and respond to emails the same day definitely make the process easier to deal with. My experience with Andrews was amazing wile I was living at the flat, after that everything went down to the drain. It's been almost a month since we left the flat and today is the 11th day after the end of the contract and we still haven't received the security money. They will try everything to deduce your money, trey're trying to charge £140 for cleaning saying it was necessary even though in the checkout report most of the assessment of our cleaning was at a professional level. Apart from the fact that in the contract there is a clause that says we need to deliver the apartment to the same standard we found it and we delivered much better, because when we arrived at the apartment it was completely DISGUSTING, the bathroom was dirty and full of stains on the toilet. So that's a resume of what you can experience after your contract with Andrews ends, they say that they do everthing by the book, but it's a lie. You can see my experience back then and compare with now: My experience with Andrews Agency was amazing since the beginning. Kelly and Michael together helped me to find the perfect flat for me and my partner. After our moving we had some issues with the flat that were promptly solved by the manager Michele, she has been really helpful and patient. Andrews southfields has a excellent team and I’ll always recommend.

My wife and I just recently exchanged the contract and are awaiting the completion date and the keys for our new home. Thanks to the great people working at Andrews Southfield who made it so much easier for us to get into the property ladder. Their knowledge and expertise made buying a house via the Modern Method of Auction such a breeze. Had I not spoken with Mark in the beginning, we’d have given up on this house which we just bought. But it was his genuine and helpful advice that really helped us grab a bargain from the original asking price. I’d also like to thank Keli Viana for taking care of our case with passion and care. Andrews estate agent - Fantastic service Fantastic Results

Having used Andrews in the past to buy and sell a property we decided to invite them to do a market asking price survey. Andrews completed the survey and during a visit to the property explained in great detail how and why the came to the valuation. They explained the current market conditions and provided a copy of the brochure they produce for the property. We were very happy and asked what would be the next step and commision rates if we decided to proceed with Andrews. Again this was explained in detail and clarity. Were were happy with the valuation and impressed with the team so decided to proceed with putting the property on the market with Andrews.A convenient day was arranged for an open day at the property and the team filled most of the available time slots. On Monday as was agreed we received 6 offers for the property and didn't feel pressured to select to select on. Time and space was afforded to us to decide. The whole process of selling a property is quite stressful and long winded, the Team at Andrews were always available to to and kept us updated with progress as much as the could.I would highly recommend Andrews estate agent to anyone looking to buy or sell and property and now consider them to be the "Family estate agent".

I have been a long term Andrews Customer recently the Leasehold Dept changed the Agent responsible for our block (at our/the directors request)and having Luke Timms now as our contact is a breath of fresh air compared to what we have had in the past. Luke has done more for us in 6 months then the previous person did in 3 years. His honest, direct approach is much appreciated and the time he has given to ensure that we are happy with ongoing projects etc is so helpful. Bear Flat - Emma Mussert. Emma has been leading and supporting with our recent property sale. The process, through matters outside of her control, was very complex and spanned nearly 6 months. Throughout it, Emma was positive, supportive, and proactive - she actively interacted with our solicitors and the buyers to try and speed up action and improve communications. Furniture deliveries when you live abroad can be more stressful than normal - especially because you cannot be there to receive them.
