GoogleJulie found a buyer for my house without it ever going on the market. I wasn't planning to sell immediately but she rang and said she had someone in mind, and I agreed to a viewing. The buyers were the only people who looked at the house, and the sale (at the full asking price) went through without a hitch. Julie's communication and helpfulness were excellent throughout. I feel very lucky to have achieved such an easy sale and believe this was in no small part due to Julie's understanding of the market, her great buyer/seller liaison, and all the help from her and the team at Andrews in Southfields.
