GoogleWe have found the Estate Agent to be excellent. The representative from the company, Pietro, was very good indeed as far as we are concerned and has certainly earned the fee. From the start we appreciated his advice on the market and the way he vetted potential purchasers. He was clearly on top of things, maintaining very effective communications with all concerned and always in a cheerful and unflappable way. He was also invaluable when it came to negotiations, where we think he achieved a fair balance for all concerned. His calm and efficient approach made all the difference to what could be stressful transactions: he went the extra mile to get things over the line on time and I would certainly engage the company again.
