GoogleJean-Pierre Saint-Avit has been an excellent branch manager (Andrews Balham). He continues go the extra mile and has never let me down. Also, Tom Giboney is an excellent lettings manager and he always sorted out things efficiently and effectively. I bought my property through Andrews in 2007 and they have managed the letting since 2012. Unfortunately, in the last two years, the head office has changed how the company does business by moving to centralised lettings management. This has not worked for me as everything has become harder, takes longer and they have lost the personal touch. However, JP and Tom still help out all the time.

GoogleWe've had a seamless buying experience so far with Andrews. As first time buyers, Stephane has been incredibly helpful, polite and available to chat whenever we had any questions. I would definitely recommend. One thing that would be a great addition for the future would be to introduce 360 Virtual Tour's or a Video Tour which can help potential buyers have a more detailed look around prior to contacting for a viewing. He listened attentively and kept me informed on a regular basis of the interest shown by potential tenants as well as the feedback received from viewings.I was not pushed into accepting tenants but Jean Pierre waited for the right tenants which were found within a short space of time and were able to pay slightly above the asking price. He was able to answer and resovle any questions that I had for him promptly . Nothing was too much.
