GoogleWhat can I say, an overall bad experience. The only saving grace is that I was the buyer so didn’t have to pay the fee. Dealt with the Balham office. First estate agent told me that probate had been applied for (that was in May). After chasing for many months for updates, I was told by someone else that probate had only been applied for in August. Thanks, I made decisions based on that first piece of information. After the first estate agent left, I couldn’t get an answer as to who was taking over. When I was finally told a name (Darius), it was difficult to get hold of him. Never called back. As we got closer to exchange and needed to put the foot to the gas, nothing from Darius. At one stage I was literally begging him to call the 3rd party, several times a day if need be and find out what the hell was going. By this stage, probate had come through but there were 2 queries which were outstanding on sellers side - this is when estate agents shine, this is the time to get sales across the line. What did I get from Andrews Estate Agent and Darius, nothing. Tried escalating to the Manager - apparently there was no one. Spoke to someone called Andrew who was an Area Manager I believe and he seemed to be a bit more clued up and made some calls, called me back when he said he would. Then radio silence. After I didn’t hear back from him, I decided to not bother with them as clearly they were not going to do their jobs and no amount of pleading was going to help. I was calling the 3rd party myself and I even tried to call the Sellers solicitors. Basically I was doing Darius job for him. In the last 3 weeks before exchange, I heard NOTHING from Andrew’s Estate Agent. Finally got an email when I exchanged asking me send the funds - what a joke! I get that probate properties take a bit longer and the seller was using a 3rd party to do the sale so that adds a layer of annoyance. However, you are the estate agent. It is more than you job to just place the advert, you are meant to be chasing, helping with resolving any issues/blocks. I had NOTHING of this from Andrew’s. I would never use personally. Nothing more than glorified admin staff who place the advert on Rightmove and show people around the property (even that is simply is opening the door). Anyone can do that. Shout out to Junior though, he was literally the only person who seemed to listen and called back when said he would. Shame he wasn’t the one dealing with my purchase.

We can assure you with this particular case, as the property was being sold by a third party company who acted on their clients behalf - We could only relay and provide the information given to us, and did not have direct contact details for the sellers solicitor, nor did they have any obligation to speak with us as discussed at the time. We are always working to deliver a high level of customer service, and are ultimately so pleased we were able to get the sale exchanged and completed in time for Christmas, we wish you a happy new year in your new home. GoogleThanks Andrews for helping us to find a reliable buyer in a little over a week and over the asking price! Offering competitive fees and a promise of a good coverage of local prospective buyers, we went ahead. There were initially a few teething issues with finalising the sales brochure, but were flexible to listen to feedback. With good photos we lined up over 10 viewings in the first week. Junior accompanied most of these and was attentive and gave good advice. In closing the deal, Andrews were keen to ensure we had a reliable buyer and followed right through to the end. Junior even checked in during his day off to ensure things were finalised in spite of some small complications. I would highly recommend Andrews and feel in very safe hands with Junior! Thanks

I really don’t know where to start. Kish was fantastic from the beginning until the end of my selling process.I originally thought his fees were too high but he assured me he would put the work in, to earn the money and I 100% agree that he did and I would’ve actually paid him a lot more. He was worth his weight in gold. Selling a house is stressful enough but Kish and his team went way above and beyond their roles to make it as stress free as possible. I’d never sold a property before so kept asking silly questions and Kish was always more than happy to help explain it all to me (sometimes more than once), until I completely understood. My solicitor pushed back on alot of things and asked me for things that I’d never heard of but Kish helped me work my way through the legal jargon and got me across the line on many occasions. The entire team were super professional and efficient and had great knowledge of the entire process (including the solicitors roles). If Kish ever did take a well deserved day off he would make sure that one of his colleagues were up to date with my case and they would email me to let me know they were on hand ready for anything I needed.In summary, I really can’t express how good Kish and his team were for my selling process. So if you’d like a seamless sale (or buying I’m guessing) then I would highly recommend booking through Kish/Andrew’s!
