The North Liverpool office of Whitegates is situated within the popular residential area of Walton Vale with its unusual blend of old and new properties sitting comfortably side by side. The Walton Vale Office have been selling properties for 15 years. What we love about Walton Vale is its overwhelming sense of community spirit. There are a variety of shops and leisure facilities on hand with two major supermarkets. We have a wealth of low profile evening entertainment to choose from with wine bars scattered throughout the surrounding area. The area is well served for schools and public transport. Car users have access to Queens Drive and both the M57 and M58 motorways. With all the facilities Walton Vale has to offer it is definitely worth making us your No. 1 estate agents when you are looking for your new home!

GoogleWe are currently selling our home and Leeanne has helped us every step of the way from viewings to accepting an offer and been professional and speedy with all steps. We put the house on the market on Tuesday and accepted an offer Friday thanks to the efficiency of the viewing process and were always able to call Leeanne with any queries. Thank you for your help!

Whitegates takes perspective tennents holding deposits and refuse to return on credit failure, this is illegal practice Rachel Doyle and will most likely lose their licence and be fined by traiding standards. Tut tut...... Do better

GoogleTried numerous times to book viewings via these guys and they take your details for a call back then call you but they disconnect the call that quick you can't answer it you then call them back to be told someone will call you back then the same again my advice is if your selling a house stay well clear of these guys

GoogleVery quick and easy sale of my house. Was listed the same day Whitegates valued it and I had bookings that afternoon. Staff were all very friendly and helpful. Only thing I would have liked is a bit longer to consider my offers as it was very short notice and I felt a bit pressured to decide on the spot

Dear Ms Chan, Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. I can see that you did make an application for a lettings property at the beginning of August 2017. There are several inaccuracies in your recollection of events... 1) You were not charged £550. 2) We, as a business do not charge a "holding fee". 3) We would not furnish you with a contract to sign without a completed "Acceptable" reference application. It would rarely be the next day. 4) You were not told that you had "passed all checks". 5) The move in process was explained to you in writing and by signing Terms of Business you did enter into a contractual agreement with Martin & Co. 6) Your reference application was indeed "Declined". I can tell you that this was not as a result of your earnings, as you know. We have to be careful what information is put into the public domain, or indeed passed on to you entirely. This is in order to protect the referees who provide references “in confidence". 7) It was the landlords decision not to grant you a tenancy. This decision was entirely based upon detrimental facts un-earthed by your referencing application. There are very few landlords who would be willing to proceed with tenancy based upon a declined application such as yours. Despite the time that has passed I would be happy to discuss this with you further, either in person, or via telephone or email.
