GoogleI have recently bought and sold through Martin Flashman. I also bought my previous property through this agency in 2014 and had such good service from Ben that I said at the time I would be back when the time came to sell. Once again the service was excellent and Ben was very helpful throughout the process. I thoroughly recommend Martin Flashman.

GoogleRoss was professional and efficient from the get go, arranging for me to see several properties at once in the area, all of which fitted my criteria. We ended up making an offer on a house he had chosen to show us, and we've been really impressed with Ross's proactiveness throughout the process. He provided valuable support at every stage and approached our purchase with a sense of humour and cheerfulness that made a potentially stressful time really easy for us. Thank you Ross!

GoogleEXCELLENT SERVICE - We were buying in Walton and although we were not the Clients Ross Dudley, the agent dealing with the sale, did everything possible to help us complete in the short timescale we needed. The vendors had moved away and there were some communication problems with their solicitors as well as other issues to be sorted out and Ross went out of his way to facilitate solutions to the problems. He did a great job for the vendors and we also felt properly looked after as purchasers. I would certainly recommend this local independent agency in Walton.

GoogleDarrell was easy to communicate with, extremely proactive at every step of the process, and always came up with very productive and practical solutions to the problems that inevitably presented themselves along the way, often very creatively so. At the start of the process, we visited many agents, and Darrell distinguished himself from the get-go. He then got in touch with just the right property, and then managed the negotiation and subsequent process very professionally. I honestly don't know how we would have fared with our first purchase of a UK property, with fairly specific requirements, if it wasn't for Darrell. I am a retiree with 3 decades of experience in the service industry, almost all client-facing, so I know what I'm talking about when I say that Darrell is a star. We thank God for sending us his way!

GoogleI recently bought through Martin Flashman, working with Alastair Read. Alastair was absolutely fantastic. Before buying a couple of months ago, I had been house-hunting for almost a year. In that time, I had dealt with quite a few estate agents, and I have to admit my opinion of the industry as a whole had rather soured. On finding the property I bought advertised and I getting in contact with Martin Flashman, I was pleasantly surprised. Alastair was very helpful, flexible, and moved quickly (getting me a first thing appointment to view the property the next day) and not at all pushy. Viewing the property, Alastair highlighted both the positives and the negatives of the property, giving me a good appreciation of what I was looking at buying. My questions, both then and after, were answered quickly and knowledgeably. Being fairly new to house buying - a first time buyer - I did not have experience going into making an offer. I was very happy to find Alastair was fair to both myself and the seller, getting us a quick sale that we were both happy with, and turning it around incredibly quickly. After getting in contact about the property at about 5pm, by close of play the next day I had already seen the property, made an offer, and had it accepted. Following the offer being accepted, Alastair continued to be great to work with, sorting out any issues I had very quickly. Whilst he checked in to make sure I was on track with mortgage and conveyancing, he did not pressure me and continued supporting where necessary. I would absolutely recommend Alastair and Martin Flashman, and in fact have done a couple of times already.

GoogleThere is sometimes negative connotations associated with estate agents, but from the start, Ben went above and beyond to understand the property we were looking for and had a wealth of knowledge about the areas we were interested in. We are still ‘on the hunt’ for the right property, but unlike 90% of other agents, Ben understands what we are after and only sends over suitable properties. I can’t recommend Martin Flashman highly enough! 5* star service

GoogleWe invited 3 estate agents to view the property and Martin Flashman & Co stood out as the best choice for us. James Pickering looked after us from the start, giving us regular updates and keeping us informed about any issues from the other parties involved and what was being done to solve them. We did not live close to the property we were selling and James helped out with sending me meter readings (if I were to do this again I would recommend a smart meter being installed!) and altering the thermostat for me when the weather hit a particularly cold patch so the house remained safe. Nothing was too much trouble and he was very patient and kind. I would thoroughly recommend this company.

Which is not always the case with estate agent(s). They have helped me sell and buy over the years and my loyalty remains with them

He knew all my needs and was very good and setting my expectations and putting my mind at ease when the inevitable sale "delay" occurred. However the whole team at MF is excellent and I wouldn't hesitate using them again (hopefully a few years away yet!.. )

Our sale was managed by Darrell Domingo who was also excellent. Very personable and did a good professional job; keeping us well informed at all times. We were first time buyers and weren't aware of the process; Ben was always very responsive and went the extra mile in order to complete the process in time and to ensure that both us and the vendors are satisfied with this deal.
