GoogleDarrell helped us to secure our home purchase in Walton after a very difficult year of trying to sell our home in a different area unrelated to Martin Flashman. He has been professional throughout, has helped us out with finding local contractors, discussing historical changes to the house through him keeping strong relations with previous owners and with finding out about our utilities setup to aid us with that. He was flexible enough and thought out of the box to find ways to secure a deal for us and the seller that worked for both parties. Overall, he’s been excellent with his communication between us and all involved parties in the sale. You can’t put a price on help like this. We would certainly use Martin Flashman again in the future based on our very positive experience with them.

GoogleVery happy indeed with the experience - the third time I have used Martin Flashman. Appreciated the really sound advice on the valuation and timing of putting the property on the market, at a really uncertain time for the economy due to the first Covid lockdown. We proceeded with the initial advice given by Martin Flashman, and then Darrell Domingo handled the sale process from the almost immediate offer at pretty much bang on asking price, and was an excellent communicator throughout the process. We will definitely use Martin Flashman again as a highly professional, friendly and super efficient operator. We have tried one of the other local agents (well known, with multiple branches) previously on both a sale and a purchase and been let down. GoogleFrom the first consultation with Martin, all of the viewings with other staff and right up to completion with Ben the whole company have been fantastic. The communication has been absolutely brilliant which in general made our selling process really smooth and easy. Even when things (out of our control) with other buyers / sellers started to look awkward their professionalism and calming influence was fantastic. FacebookMy fiance and I recently closed out a tenancy at a rental under Martin Flashman management in Weybridge. While they were polite, I found their management lacking. We moved in Aug 2019 (we even offered £50 above asking!), and I identified numerous issues that were not recorded in the Check In report (Austin Inventories). Chunks of wall were missing, the boiler had caused large cracks in the ceiling and damaged radiator covers. I highlighted these to Amber, who said the landlord would rectify in October 2019. Nothing was done, so we re-raised the issue early Jan 2020. Amber again said the landlord would rectify timeously. This was raised a few more times further. Ultimately, we ended up terminating our tenancy. At this point, the landlord found it necessary to do repair works for the new tenant. This felt like a slap in the face. When it came to Check out, the Austin Inventories report itemised the issues I had raised as compensation events for the tenant to pay!!! Not only that, but the checkout had been moved 3 hrs earlier without my notification, to suit the landlords contractor for the repair works... In fairness, I requested a rebate (even the £50 over asking would have been great), but was shut down. Overall, a very poor experience with Martin Flashman and Austin Inventories.

GoogleMy wife and I met Darrell at a property in Walton-on-Thames yesterday and I just want to say what a fantastic job he did. We have looked at quite a few other properties with other companies and the level of professionalism and knowledge was unmatched. It's not often I have time to write positive reviews like this but it was a breath of fresh air to have a sales representative have full knowledge and understanding of the property. We were actually recommended to work with your company so you must be doing something right.

He answered all our emails really quick and helped us with everything, even when there was nothing he could do to help the process go quicker, he tried to. The whole team at the Walton office were professional and personable, and provided great support and trust during a long transaction (no fault of theirs). Martin always made himself available when we needed to speak with him and he really helped us maximise the value of our property sale. I wouldn't use any other agent in the area for my property requirements.
