Our experience with Darrell at MF was excellent. We were a long time looking for a house and had a series of unfortunate events with deals falling through on a few houses. We dealt with a lot of different estate agents and Darrell and MF were by far the best. They really had the personal touch and were very knowledgeable about the market and properties. Even in a seller’s market Darrell was very engaged and enthusiastic about finding us a home. Whilst we were a long time looking I was so glad that Darrell was the one we ended up buying a house with. He deserved it after all his hard work!

We bought our property with the aim of renovating it and Darrell helped connect us with service providers who could guide us in what was possible, all before any sale or offer had been agreed. My partner and I purchased our first home through Martin Flashman & Co. In a sea of mediocrity, Ross stands head and shoulders above his local competitors. He demonstrated flexibility and empathy to our property search, really listening to what we were looking for and was. When we eventually found a property that met our requirements, Ross was superb in answering our many questions with honesty and integrity. He acted quickly during the offer and negotiation stage without coming across as pushy or cajoling. In the run up to completion, he kept us informed despite difficulties with Solicitors and Brokers and we were able to drive all parties to a satisfactory conclusion. He finally sent us a hand written card congratulating us on our first home too. On Martin Flashman generally, I found them to be very responsive and enabled us to get access to the property for various surveys with agility and ease. When we eventually sell this property, my preference would be to work with them and Ross again.

Steve and the team in the Weybridge sales office worked tirelessly to get my sale & purchase through. When the chain broke they stayed in touch & kept me up to date. My mortgage rate was due to expire and HSBC would not extend the original offer. A new mortgage would mean further delays and a big increase in monthly payments. It was all starting to feel hopeless. But Steve & Aimee went the extra mile and got everything through in time, so the offer was not lost. I worked with them for approximately a year, from putting my house on the market, to buying another property through them. In all that time they were professional, empathetic, patient and a good sounding board for when things got frustrating. I highly recommend Steve and the team at Martin Flashman Weybridge. I’m really grateful to them for all they did for me and my family, to get us in our new home. I used another estate agents in Weybridge a couple of years ago and they didn’t come anywhere close to the standard of care given by MF. Big thank you to Steve and team!
