I am ever so grateful to have met Ben who assisted us in swiftly selling our home. I found him to be honest, professional and methodical in his approach. His valuation guide was spot on and his knowledge and experience of the market was much appreciated. Ben was compassionate and pragmatic in dealing with me and he accommodated my concerns and requirements, which I am thankful for. His team which consisted of Darrell, James, Ashley and Ross were efficient and motivated and within the first couple of weeks managed 28 viewings and 3 offers. Having accepted an offer, the deal fell through after 4 weeks due to undisclosed information from a buyer. The team resiliently jumped back into action and Ross worked incredibly hard with his client to obtain an acceptable offer a few weeks later. Ross diligently nursed the deal to a successful completion and throughout the process his feedback and communication with me was consistent and reassuring. I would highly recommend Martin Flashman & Co to anyone keen to sell their home quickly and at the right price, while being taken care of by a razor sharp team, who genuinely have the passion and empathy to accomplish their goals in the shortest time possible. From the outset - when my initial phone call was answered - until completion, fantastic customer service and so kind. Following bereavement, I needed to arrange the valuation of a property with a view to selling it in the longer term. Martin came out to meet me at the house: alongside expert advice he was so kind, respectful & empathetic. He took time to really get to know the house and its late occupant. We kept in touch over the following months as I negotiated the funeral & mountain of paperwork that accompany loss of a loved one: Martin was always interested & helpful, never pushy or too busy to speak / reply to my emails. Needless to say, when it came to putting the property on the market, the decision to instruct Martin Flashman & Co was an easy one for me. Once the house was officially up for sale, Darrell took the reins and ably continued the high level of care & customer service. As perhaps everyone knows, the buying & selling of property in England is not straightforward; the journey from joining the market to completion is a complicated and frequently stressful one. Darrell was excellent throughout: keeping me informed, liaising with potential & actual buyers plus my solicitor and checking on the house when necessary. Whenever I needed advice and/or guidance, he was always available, nothing was too much trouble. Darrell played a pivotal role in keeping everything ticking along smoothly and deftly handled the slightly tricky negotiations regarding a mutually convenient completion date. Communication was consistently lacking, with calls and emails going unanswered, including repeated attempts from our solicitor. This lack of engagement made what should have been an exciting experience, buying our first home, unnecessarily stressful and disappointing. Avoid

This was my 2nd attempt at moving in the last couple of years, having had a move fall through previously. I was aware of the local estate agents, and Martin Flashman have a good share of the best properties in the area. I registered interest and spoke to James Pickering. He was extremely helpful and took the time to understand what I wanted, my financial position and the wider situation. It almost felt like he became a personal shopper for me.
