We used Martin Flashmans for our first purchase in the area 10 year ago and used them again for our sale and purchase recently. Can’t thank Ben and the team enough for helping us sell and secure the house we bought. Would recommend them 100% if you are selling or buying in the area and especially if you are new to the area.

We recently sold our flat with the professional assistance of Martin Flashman Weybridge branch. Adele Nokes was the agent handling the sale. Adele was always available to help in a calm and professional manner until the sale was finalised. She was always our point of reference and responded quickly and courteously to my numerous emails many of which must have sometimes been very annoying. I would highly recommend the Martin Flashman Weybridge team for both rentals and sales.

James was responsible for my flat sale. It was a pleasure dealing with James, he adapted to my requirements and personality and made the transaction a positive experience, even when problems arose. He is new to the industry and doesn't know it all, but it won't take him long. Good bloke to have Martin. Thanks John

I can't thank Ben Porter and team at MF enough for the service and support in selling our home. From the initial discussion on valuation to completion, Ben was both personable and professional. We ran into a slight delay with our buyer, but Ben helped keep the process moving and our nerves calmed! 5 Star service! Thank you, Ben!

I bought, and later sold, my lovely flat in Hersham through Martin Flashman & Co. Ross was friendly, helpful, and most importantly down-to-earth. His advice, hard work and patience enabled both my purchase and later sale to go smoothly and with as little stress as possible. Everyone at the office is approachable and helpful and makes you feel valued. Having dealt with many estate agents and agencies in the past, I can confidently say that they are the best I have ever dealt with! Thank you Ross, and Martin Flashman & Co.

we recently sold our house through Martin Flashman & Co. Overall, the team there are very professional. Darrell Domingo was our sales agent, and we found him to be nice, helpful and great with communication. We had hiccups on the bottom of the chain, and Darrell was constantly chasing and working with our solicitor to help get the sale through. Whilst we did have a negative experience with one agent in the office, we were so pleased it was Darrell who sold our house and helped us through the sale.

Ross has great professional advice and good communication as well as being friendly and seemingly really cared about helping. He made what can be a very stressful time as simple and easy as possible! We would definitely recommend Martin Flashman!

I very rarely take the time to write a review but after the experience of working with Ben, Ross and the team at Martin Flashman I had to! We worked with Ben and the team to market and sell our property and we also purchased our new home via Martin Flashman at the same time. The experience from start to finish was exceptional. Of all the Estate Agents we met when thinking about marketing our property Martin Flashman were by far the stand out team. They were very competitive when it came to their fee but most importantly they outlined their commitment to selling our property and at no time throughout the process did they disappoint. If you live in the area and are looking to market and sell your property I couldn’t recommend the team at Martin Flashman highly enough.

Darrell was very calm, professional, friendly and pro-active all throughout our stressful and difficult sale. Our house was on the market for 4 months with another estate agents without one viewing. We moved to Flashman and within a week, we had a viewing and an offer which we accepted. Darrell kept the chain together and kept us informed and our sale completed in large part due to his efforts. We would highly recommend him.

We cannot thank Martin Flashman enough. Throughout the process they have been honest, friendly and constantly offered sound advice. When it came to the sale process, Darrell has been a god send. Without him, the process would have taken months longer. Constantly chasing solicitors for us, offering advice as to what we could do to speed up the process, and keeping his sense of humour, throughout what was a frustrating few months for us. Thank you, Darrell.

We would highly recommend Martin Flashman & Co. Our sale was a bit of a rollercoaster to say the least (unrelated to the agent's actions), and we felt well supported throughout a somewhat stressful transaction. James, in particular, went … More

Ross is a fantastic professional to rely upon with a piece of mind. Our move has encountered quite a number of challenges and delays, for which Ross has always been there and very responsive to sort out the matters. Really appreciate his enthusiasm and professionalism at work. A huge appreciation!!!

My recent experience with Martin and Flashman & Co as a buyer could best be described as seamless. Our agent Ross was always available for calls or additional checks to set our minds at ease through a process that is stressful at the best of times. I would highly recommend.

Steve and the team in the Weybridge sales office worked tirelessly to get my sale & purchase through. When the chain broke they stayed in touch & kept me up to date. My mortgage rate was due to expire and HSBC would not extend the original offer. A new mortgage would mean further delays and a big increase in monthly payments. It was all starting to feel hopeless. But Steve & Aimee went the extra mile and got everything through in time, so the offer was not lost. I worked with them for approximately a year, from putting my house on the market, to buying another property through them. In all that time they were professional, empathetic, patient and a good sounding board for when things got frustrating. I highly recommend Steve and the team at Martin Flashman Weybridge. I’m really grateful to them for all they did for me and my family, to get us in our new home. I used another estate agents in Weybridge a couple of years ago and they didn’t come anywhere close to the standard of care given by MF. Big thank you to Steve and team!

Aimee at Martin Flasham Weybridge was amazing in selling us our new home. She was approachable, professional, got to know us and understand our needs and then worked with us to help find the right house. She was straight forward so we knew where we stood and she was always great at keeping in touch and getting back to us. I would not say the same about the agent we had selling our house as the experience with Aimee was so much better. Thank you for helping us through a potentially stressful experience! We love Weybridge.

My partner and I purchased our first home through Martin Flashman & Co. In a sea of mediocrity, Ross stands head and shoulders above his local competitors. He demonstrated flexibility and empathy to our property search, really listening to what we were looking for and was. When we eventually found a property that met our requirements, Ross was superb in answering our many questions with honesty and integrity. He acted quickly during the offer and negotiation stage without coming across as pushy or cajoling. In the run up to completion, he kept us informed despite difficulties with Solicitors and Brokers and we were able to drive all parties to a satisfactory conclusion. He finally sent us a hand written card congratulating us on our first home too. On Martin Flashman generally, I found them to be very responsive and enabled us to get access to the property for various surveys with agility and ease. When we eventually sell this property, my preference would be to work with them and Ross again.

We decided to put our house on the market so contacted Martin Flashman. Martin came to see us and is very knowledgeable about the housing market locally so we were happy to go ahead and test the market and within two weeks we had sold. Darrell Domingo at Martin Flashman & Co was our contact and was brilliant at making sure everything went smoothly for us and out buyers. I cannot recommend Darell Domingo and Martin Flasman at Martin Flashman & Co highly enough.

Our experience with Darrell at MF was excellent. We were a long time looking for a house and had a series of unfortunate events with deals falling through on a few houses. We dealt with a lot of different estate agents and Darrell and MF were by far the best. They really had the personal touch and were very knowledgeable about the market and properties. Even in a seller’s market Darrell was very engaged and enthusiastic about finding us a home. Whilst we were a long time looking I was so glad that Darrell was the one we ended up buying a house with. He deserved it after all his hard work!

We were first time buyers and are extremely satisfied with the service we received from MF & Co. They have been very helpful in showing us potential new homes to guiding us through the house buying process. In particular James Pickering helped sort out everything very smoothly and took time to answer all our queries. IN particular, he also went out of his way and helped us in securing some packages that were delivered around our closing date. We would definitely recommend James and and MF & Co. to anyone looking to buy in Walton and nearby areas.
