GoogleWe decided to put our house on the market so contacted Martin Flashman. Martin came to see us and is very knowledgeable about the housing market locally so we were happy to go ahead and test the market and within two weeks we had sold. Darrell Domingo at Martin Flashman & Co was our contact and was brilliant at making sure everything went smoothly for us and out buyers. I cannot recommend Darell Domingo and Martin Flasman at Martin Flashman & Co highly enough.

GoogleOur experience with Darrell at MF was excellent. We were a long time looking for a house and had a series of unfortunate events with deals falling through on a few houses. We dealt with a lot of different estate agents and Darrell and MF were by far the best. They really had the personal touch and were very knowledgeable about the market and properties. Even in a seller’s market Darrell was very engaged and enthusiastic about finding us a home. Whilst we were a long time looking I was so glad that Darrell was the one we ended up buying a house with. He deserved it after all his hard work!

GoogleWe were first time buyers and are extremely satisfied with the service we received from MF & Co. They have been very helpful in showing us potential new homes to guiding us through the house buying process. In particular James Pickering helped sort out everything very smoothly and took time to answer all our queries. IN particular, he also went out of his way and helped us in securing some packages that were delivered around our closing date. We would definitely recommend James and and MF & Co. to anyone looking to buy in Walton and nearby areas.

GoogleWe had a great experience with Martin Flashman and in particular our agent, Darrell Domingo. It’s an emotional and quite stressful process and Darrell was always communicative, honest and helpful. We bought our property with the aim of renovating it and Darrell helped connect us with service providers who could guide us in what was possible, all before any sale or offer had been agreed. He provided great local knowledge as we were new to the area. I wouldn’t hesitate to use Martin Flashman again if buying/selling a property.

GoogleMy experience buying a house through M&F was amazing, Ross Dudley was highly professional in the entire journey. I had a long chain to deal with, he kept the vendor posted through the entire duration. When he was on holidays, I was ably supported by Ben. Highly recommended. I hope other agents can be as close as Ross and team.

GoogleI purchased my property through Martin Flashman. Darrell was super helpful and has kept me updated the whole time, chasing things when needed and acting as a third independent party in negotiations, very professional but friendly at the same time. Buying/selling a home is very stressful but Darrell and his team made our experience less painful. Thank you again.

GoogleUnique in the district in North Surrey where I live. The Sales staff of MF & Co. are universally thorough and dedicated to client satisfaction. My own experience, which proved to be a difficult experience to say the least, was rescued and finally transformed by their regular contact, updating and ultimate completion with impressive rapidity. The company ethos is merely good old fashioned attention to detail. I am indebted to Darrell Domingo for his diligence.

GoogleThe Walton branch have just sold my fathers home . It was a very upsetting time for the family and yet martin, Ross and the team were incredibly respectful and kind throughout. Which we really appreciated . They did a fantastic job from start to finish, being proactive in the sale but also listening and following our wishes . We will definitely use them when we come to sell our property. Thank you 😁

GoogleFrom start to finish Martin Flashman were great, I’m very happy with the service I received. It was a very pleasurable experience, Ben came over and looked around, told me what my place would sell for, arranged for a professional photographer to come over the next day, the house sold very quickly and Ross kept me updated on the progress when needed without bombarding me with phonecalls…it was a perfect process. Thank you

GoogleOur recent experience looking for a home with Martin and Flashman & Co was great. Ashley was fantastic and we would recommend her to anyone looking to buy in Walton on thames. Her love for the area really shows. She took a great deal of time and care, we felt that the viewing were very personalised. We don't drive and Ashley was very considerate of that throughout. Couldn't recommend more!

GoogleI cannot begin to express sufficient praise for both Ben Porter and James Pickering, on the recent sale of my family home of over 60 years. It clearly wasn't just a house sale to them - it was handled with such sensitivity, professionalism and obvious experience. Thank you both for guiding me through the process with such a great awareness of what it meant to me, and with a whole lot of heart! I wouldn't hesitate to recommend these guys!
Hi Sandra, What a lovely review, Thankyou very much. Enjoy the festive period. Martin
