GoogleThis is a funny Estate Agent. It is run by a wearied couple. When they list a property they do not have any clue how much the property worth, they normally overprice the property and after wards reduce it and hence delayed in selling it. On telephone they do not have manners and customer care. If you want to be good estate agent please get maximum details of the property and pass it to the customer. They answer I do not know, I do not know, I do not know to all of the questions. They do not know what is mean by floor plan, if a property is listing people normally look for floor plan and they do not normally provide it. Normally for viewing they using an European lady with angry and sad face and do not smile and meet and greet the customers.... she is classic grumpy picture..... Be polite, smile, care for the customer, treat customers like king and you wont regret.................

GoogleSo I was buying a house listed with Stonehouse. The valuation came back at less than what I was paying so I was unable to get a mortgage for the amount required. 15K less, unless the seller sells to a cash buyer every buyer would probably experience the same issue. Long story short is the estate agent told me they'd ring me on 3 separate occasions to update me and they failed to do so. I drove past the house yesterday as it was on my way to where I was going, as I drove past I noticed a 'for sale' sign up. So they've clearly remarketed the property without even contacting me beforehand. I rang them up to ask them what are they playing at. I got a response of "the wind must of blown the sign over" even though the sign has changed from 'sold' to 'for sale'. I got a response of 'I will call you later today. Guess what? no call! Checked rightmove this morning and the property has gone back live again! I'm absolutely appalled by the service. To me it seems the seller and estate agent are holding out for every penny without regard of anyone else. This is fine, but as two financial advisors have stated to me "mortgage valuations are generally consistent, so there is little chance of the house being worth what it is marketeted for. Unless a cash buyer appears they are going to have trouble selling the property. Shame, as it was a nice house. But I'd rather get something else then paying over the odds for a property.
I am sorry to hear you wasn’t able to proceed with the sale. We appreciate it is disappointing when you are unable to purchase a house you really like. A survey is an opinion and in this buyers market unfortunately these can vary. We hope you find a home soon

All the staff were really friendly and helpful and worked really hard to ensure the purchase went through smoothly. I've received regular communication and was kept up to date with everything that was happening through each stage of the purchase. GoogleThe staff at Stonehouse worked so hard in securing two house sales for us, which were needed for the purchase of a house together. They had to handle difficult situations along the way but did so with ease, always keeping us up to date. Buying and selling houses has to be one of the most stressful things in life, but Stonehouse ensured that they helped us with everything required. We are very appreciative of their professionalism in this challenging field - we would recommend anyone to use this company.

Facebook* tenant * My family have been living in a house full of mould and Windows that are falling apart I raised maintenance issues 4 months ago and still nothing has been done. I have 4 children 2 of which are disabled and a 4 month old baby. With my experience with this letting agency I would stay clear of renting from them. We are only at the property as it’s like gold dust finding somewhere to except a Service dog.
I’m sorry to see you feel to air your grievances on Facebook and not meet with us personally. We are more than happy to provide you with the damp report from the condo that carried out the damp report that clearly states there is no damp just condensation which leads to mould growth due to the lifestyle you live. Any further correspondence will not be by Facebook as we are in contact with you weekly.

FacebookAfter being on the market for over 6 months and using two other estate agents, both mine and my husbands experiences of estate agents was not a positive one. We decided to go on the market with Stonehouse two weeks ago and it was the best decision so far. Within the first week Stonehouse had got us two viewers through the door. Their staff are so professional, polite and friendly, they communicate on a regular basis and their positivity is so refreshing. Within the first week on the market with them our faith in estate agents was restored. I honestly cannot recommend them enough! They really do have a wealth on knowledge on the housing front and with the extra miles they go, I have every faith in them selling our house.

FacebookWe had a rough experience from beginning to end. We found customer service lacking and very slow response times. When we moved, we asked that they let us know they started the process for us to get our deposit back. Lauren assured us they had and reminded us it could take 10 days. We waited. And waited. We finally called and found they hadn't even started the process! Now we would have to wait up to another 10 days for our own money! They said the person who's job it was is on holiday...So no one gets deposits back and are on top of that lied to? We definitely will never use Storehouse again.

FacebookMark and Karen are the nicest, most fun to deal with estate agents that you'll ever meet! They genuinely go above and beyond for their clients, and make them feel like VIPs. If you're looking for a local agent with a personal touch, but bespoke marketing methods, I cannot recommend Karen and Mark highly enough.

GoogleVery very poor customer service and disgusting people, they are not bother about customers, they made us feel as if we are not worth buying anything from them, I have been following them from two months and they are least bothered to address the problem, when spoken to manager instead of addressing the issue she said I am black Listing your number, every person gives different information and promises to send the details but never get anything, very disappointing, they take it very easy not bothered about customers emotions.
