GoogleBrilliant company from start to finish. The quality of our house was excellent with only a few snags. Every time we've needed something fixing Cyden have sent someone within a day or two. The sales manager Karen couldn't have been more helpful, always on the end of the phone or email. Everyone we've had contact with throughout the process has always been professional and helpful. With lockdowns and supply shortages I was sure it would be late, but it was ready on time. The after sales team have been great and rapidly sorted the small snags we found. The site manager is also very helpful for any queries we have.PositiveValue

GoogleBought our lovely home from Cyden nearly 2 years ago and still receiving the best friendly and helpful support and service as when we were buying! Our sales women Carla couldn’t do enough to help us and was supporting and knowledgeable throughout our buying process, any minor quibbles are easily dealt with and we have found nothing to be too much trouble to them! We absolutely love our beautiful home from Cyden and would recommend a new build from them to anyone!!

GoogleFrom being shown around the site to going through the buying process, carla was brilliant throughout, explained everything perfectly, the house is awesome, very pleased with the whole thing, couldnt wish better for a better first home. Also the site manager rick who is very meticulous in building the houses, every little detail is sorted. Highly recommended to buy from cyden, I would definately buy again from them Thank you cyden once again!

GoogleWe purchased a property on the Cyden estate Horncastle. The customer care team are excellent, they are prompt at all responses and very warm and friendly. The maintenance team are also fantastic and a credit to the Cyden team! The build and finish quality is brilliant and any problems are swiftly dealt with. Very happy home owners.

GoogleTerrible customer care, we have had very serious problems on here and cyden homes do nothing, people breaching cydens terms and condition and cyden do nothing, once they have your money they dont want to know. Buy a house at your own risk.
