The service received so far has been very professional - accurate and clear about the selling process and the specifics of my sale, very supportive during the viewing stage and provided sound and evidenced advice about the bids received. I was very impressed with the detail of info provided on the financial position of those putting in an offer and being able to have access to view activity online was a real help. All the staff in the Walthamstow office were professional and with sincere and welcoming smiles; I must highlight Maria Ticehurst though who was particularly helpful and understanding. Stephen Ford of Douglas Allen Woodford handled our sale last year. He was most helpful and his advice was always sound. As we wanted to return to the area, we contacted him again and he could not have been more helpful. He put so much time into searching for the right property for us. He knows his area amazingly well, has great insight, and his communication and people skills allow him to really get alongside a customer. I have never met an estate agent like him. He is worth his (not inconsiderable) weight in gold!
