The service provided was abysmal, although Lucy was very hands on and helpful she was failed by her colleagues. Information provided to other agents were innaccurate and this was very costly to us. We had to constantly contact the office for the latest information, we were rarely provided with any updates on the sale.

There were several instances where I had to follow up multiple times to get a response, and the agent seemed to lack knowledge about the properties they were showing. In addition, there were several mistakes in the paperwork that caused delays in the process. Just want to give a huge shout out to Natasha Tomlins (Mercieca) for going WAY above and beyond in her support. Natasha ensured the whole process was trafficked through as quickly as possible, without Natasha we would have never met our mortgage deadline on our new place. Natasha emailed and called all parts of the chain honestly every day and delivered concise updates that kept me at ease when all my hair was falling out.It felt like an incredibly personal service and I knew I could rely on Natasha to support me throughout the whole process. Although their fees were slightly higher than other estate agents, I could tell from the very first visit/meeting that it would be worth it. I received a professional service throughout the whole process. Jessica and Natasha were amazing. Easy to communicate with, supportive, alway available to help and when they were not they got back to me in a very timely manner. They were the only constant form of communication in what was a stressful process which made life a lot easier for me. If I had to do this all over again I would still pick them. They are worth every penny. Highly recommend their friendly, down to earth, professional service. Thank you to the whole team at the chingford branch!!

Amazing service and assistance.

The Lettings Manager Joanna Martin went above and beyond to help myself and my children when became homeless in January 2022. Due to unfortunate circumstances, we ended up in a womens refuge because other agents were unable to help or even try to help. Thanks to Joanna we stayed in the hostel for less than 3 weeks as she managed to find a Landlord who would rent a property to us. I wish there were more agents out there like Joanna, I will be eternally grateful.
