Great service from East Ham and Riana

I really cannot recommend Douglas Allen enough, especially Riana in the East Ham office. Although we didn’t end up purchasing through her, she was really helping prior to us finding our home, very informative at viewings and even after we had our sale agreed via another agent. It was really refreshing to come across an agent who was genuinely interested in helping us. A credit to the team!!

We are currently in the process of selling our house with Douglas Allen Walthamstow. The team has been quite nice along the process. We are mainly dealing with Diana and Anita. They both have been amazing at replying to us, picking up phones and calling us back whenever needed. Douglas Allen were a nice company to deal with. They were not your typical pushy agent but they were assertive. There were a few problems throughout the legal process once we had sold but Keith took each one in his stride with Steve taking a hard line with our buyers when they started delaying the process. We've chosen to work with Douglas Allen to sell our property and it's been a great experience so far. We are still in the middle of the process but we are very happy with the service we've been getting. We have mostly been dealing with Anita, Diana Karen and Michael, all of which have been very nice, patient, very pro active and hard working! When booking viewings or meetings, Anita, Michael and Diana always made sure everything was happening to our preference and comfort. The way Douglas Allen work is quite amazing and exactly how Diana advertised it when we first met with her. Everyone in the comapgny that we have spoken with is always very well informed, kind and helpful. We have access to an account that shows all the information about the sale of the property, feedback from potential buyers, booked viewings, and because we are buying with a sister compagny we also have all the information and updates about the house we want to buy as well... Barkingside estate agents

This is our first house purchase and we have been very happy with Douglas Allen Barkingside branch. Ummad was the person that we first met when viewing and felt straight away that he was someone that could trust and he knew a lot about the property. Would avoid at all costs

Would avoid at all costs. Over price your house then encourage you to drop the price after a week when it has no interest.Constantly say they’re emailing and calling potential buyers, when the website statistics say different. Everything is done at a snails pace. After we switched estate agents they left the house up for sale in the window for 3 weeks even though we weren’t selling with them anymore… that’s how absent minded they are. If you want a stress free and smooth sale go with Temme English. If you want to sell your house for £20k less than it’s worth go with Alex at Douglas Allen.
