Zoopla haven’t got a clue! They valued my house reasonably closely to the real value. Then next door (we are a semi) was sold for around 20% more than the Zoopla valuation. Then Zoopla more than halved the value of our property. Twelve months on they have removed our valuation because they say they have nothing to base it on!

GoogleI have experienced most horrible customer service ever from this state agency. This service provider doesn't have any manners at all, in fact I think he doesn't even know how to talk professionally (dropped down phone saying F..K to customers). He literally asked us "who will decide about the property" (me or my girlfriend) and was accepting us to answer the question. So than he will only show the property to the particulate person 😒😒😒. We don't want to share our personal information with a state agents, who would? Responsible authorities should be concern about that and take necessary action to prevent customers harassment.
