GoogleStacey, Liz and the rest of the team were excellent during my purchase. Whenever I required an update it was always forthcoming and I also received regular updates on my purchase without having to ask. The branch staff were efficient and professional in all aspects of my purchase and I would certainly use them again in the future for both a purchase or sale of a property. I would recommend to others.

GoogleI have used the fully managed letting service for almost 2 years now and find it sadly lacking, there are many promises but few actions - maybe they have sublet too much, they are certainly not proactively customer focused

GoogleThe staff, Joe and Harjinder, have been extremely helpful and efficient in ensuring that my property was re-let speedily and to a good tenant. Also the report on the property at the end of the previous let was very thorough and identified clearly where maintenance was needed to keep it at a high standard. The branch provides a very professional service which I would recommend to other landlords and tenants.

After being lied to and losing faith in other estate agents, Joe and Laura from Bairstow Eves have helped me find the perfect place. They have listened to what I wanted, gone above and beyond to help me and have been a complete godsend!! I wouldn't bother using any other estate agents, just go straight to Bairstow Eves.

GoogleLetting department shocking customer service. Left a property end of November still not received deposit back. Leave voicemails no one returns calls. No communication on their part. I am in the process of seeking legal advice.

GoogleThis estate is unprofessional. Only they looking how can they take your money and after that's it . For everybody suggest do not to go to this office . Only the fees 550£ this is crazy !!!!!!!

GoogleVisited this branch recently, really impressed with how good it looks and how helpful and informative the team are. Went in to enquire about their letting services and was dealt with by a really friendly and helpful guy called Joe. Took the time to run through all the different options and I will definitely be looking to bring my property on board with them. Couldn't recommend these guys enough.
