The Walsall staff at Bairstow Eves sold my property which had been on the market with several agents they were amazing and extremely professional fast and efficient. We were extremely happy with the personal service provided by Stacey and Naomi ,through a very difficult ,long and drawn out sale . Without Stacey going above and beyond ,we wouldn’t be in our new house today and we are eternally grateful. We highly recommend them .

Katie lawley was so helpful when trying to rent a property. Sent over all the necessary documents and was able to contact me around my busy schedule to be able to get the property I’m living in now. Definitely would rent from Bairstow eves for future again.

Fantastic service from Sarah Collins when we were remortgaging - she searched through all options- showing us all different rates, duration, fees etc, so we could make an informed choice, saving us £££. Fast turn around - friendly, outgoing, easily approachable. Obviously, speed of completion depends upon the company you are remortgaging with. Want a remortgage ? - go see Sarah !!

Gracie smith - Can’t recommended these enough, used these to purchase a property and they were great throughout. Gracie smith helped us so much and without her we wouldn’t have completed this side of Christmas. She is quick to respond to any issues and helped us complete when our solicitors were really slow! You will regret ever contact this company, very unprofessional, gimmick sales tactics to sign you up, once signed up, the property will be left unattended, they will deduct fees as they wish, they are only interested in fees that benefit them and not their customer. the English staffs can't even compose a simple email in English...100% cowboys

I have never had so much trouble with and agency returning our deposit. Even after sending mutiple emails to them about agreeing for the deposit to be returned on my husband's account, they are still asking for confirmations. They are really slow on responding to messages too, and when they do, they are usually unclear and unhelpful.

This organisation is appallingly unprofessional. They did very little to look after my flat and protect it from neglectful tenants. They are very happy to take your money but very unhappy to work for it. Please take my advise and do lot use their services.NegativeResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

Overall very pleased. They were efficient and professional, while still being approachable, kept us well-informed and did everything they'd promised. Our only criticism would be that we felt they over-valued the property we were selling, in order to get our business, and in the end we had to drop the price quite a lot. Apart from that, very good and we'd recommend them.

Very bad experience on letting I advice avoid dealing with them as the only value they care about is to take your deposit and wasting your time . And on trial of complaint a lot of unprofessional lies came on board .
