Fabulous service from the Whitley Bay branch. Helen was absolutely amazing, especially during some difficult times. Helen really fought our corner and worked tirelessly to ensure things went as smooth as possible. The Whitley Bay branch was incredibly easy to contact and all of the staff friendly and helpful. We couldn’t fault the service.

Having dealt with a lengthy and protracted purchase of a house (none of the delay is attributed to Pattinson) I must single out Marian Reed for praise. She was cheerful, professional, helpful, patient despite the delays imposed by solicitors and offered a type of customer service that is sadly missing in customer facing businesses. I would certainly use Pattinson again without hesitation.

I left a review on here on the 24th April about the poor service I received when selling my mums house. My review had a very apologetic response saying that they would look into matters for me. I as contacted by someone who asked for details, which I responded to immediately. Ive chased this up since, with no response or acknowledgement at all.No point saying you are going to do something - to look good - for all those out there thinking about using your services. Please avoid this company. Maybe this time you'll take my complaint seriously.

I have a property that is fully-managed by Pattinsons and l have been with them for 4 years now. The sales team in head office is excellent in that they always updated me on any information and l was quite pleased with their speed in finding tenants for me.However, l had one really bad experience that happened during lock-down. The next door neighbour alerted the branch in Bedlington that the smoke alarm was ringing at 9-10am after the tenants had just moved out and the staff rung me while l was at work. I was a pharmacist and as a healthcare worker, l was at work full-time despite there was a lock-down. The staff said that she can't open branch to get to the keys to switch off the alarm as being in lock-down although the laws

Absolutely unless to anyone to try renting they need 6 months rent in advance every 6 month if you don’t have a guarantor.
