The support and help I received from Pattinsons throughout the sale of my house was amazing. They went above and beyond what they had to do and ultimately got my sale pushed through before Christmas. This helped me so much financially and also prevented the family buying my house from pretty much becoming homeless.I can not speak highly enough of Katie and Louise from the Durham branch. Their communication was clear and proactive throughout the whole process. I will definitely be recommending them to anyone of my friends and family who sell their house in the future.Thank you.

If I could give no stars I would . Keith Pattinson South Shields worst estate agents ever . They lost me two properties in the last few months due to incompetence and unprofessionalism ,will be putting a complaint into head office ,please don’t touch them with a barge pole , also very rude .

The worst service I have ever received from a company. I have never yet been able to ring them, I either abandon trying or e mail them and ask them to call me. Had to have them come back to the house to re-take the pictures. After 4 months the description of the property is still not right, we have given up trying to get it amended. Will exit contract as soon as possible!

I recently worked with Pattinson's South Shields office as a buyer of a property for which they were the selling agents. I could depend on them to get information to my solicitors in a timely manner, to keep me abreast of all developments, and to facilitate interactions between the seller and I in a professional, friendly, and timely fashion. Although I know they legally represent the seller, they engaged me appropriately throughout. I'm so pleased that I've listed my original property with them.

Worst Service ever!- Would have rated 0 if that was an option! I had a viewing arranged at a place an hour from where I live. Agent confirmed appointment was still on an hour before but when I got there the agent was not their and the office confirmed no appointment had been made :( Pattinson owe me money for fuel!!!

Poor, you don't double check an agent by phoning and checking everything is ok then spend hundreds of pounds on a hotel in full,for them to tell you 10 minutes later circumstances have changed.. "no what you mean is you and your team don't speak which has now become my problem and its off the market..." NO PROBLEM IM £300 IN THE RED DUE TO YOUR DISORGANISATION......
