GoogleI'm very impressed with the team who helps sell our property. They were very proffession. Markted the property at a fair price. We had a fair amount of veiwings then a sale was agreed. The staff were very helpful all the way through to the sale. I would highly reccomend them

GoogleWould never us again. 1st tried to value my old house 10k under what I thought. I put it on for the extra 10k and it sold in 11 days. They were obviously after quick sale. 2nd, told closed and final bids on a house on Hotspur road. I offered 174k, just seen house was sold for 160k. Obviously it’s about being connected. The sellers lost out on 14k.
Daniel, I'm sorry you think you have been treated unfairly by us, but at no time have you made contact with us to talk with us or seek to complain. I would have been only too happy to speak with you to address the issues. Almost all properties are selling way above their asking price and a specific strategy will be put in place for each property. Marketing prices and actual selling prices are two different things, but again we would have loved to have had the opportunity to discuss this with you had we known your feelings. I'm sorry we could not get together on this occasion. In respect of your second point, please note that offers agreed are not always completed sale prices, especially when issues arise at survey and sales prices are re-negotiated, so it is unlikely as you say that the sellers "lost out". It's not always safe to assume. Please do not hesitate to make contact with me to discuss these matters further.

FacebookJust completed sale of house went on market and was sold straightaway From start to finish staff were excellent every step of the way Keeping us informed of the progress also putting us in the right direction for solicitors and everything else we needed to complete sale The staff were very professional and helpful which was great as it took the burden off the family I would not hesitate to recommend next to buy to sell your property
