GoogleWe had an extremely positive experience with Cromwells during our recent house purchase. Charlotte oversaw our purchase, and from start to finish, she was professional and extremely helpful. Communication was excellent throughout and any queries we had were responded to without delay. GoogleI can't thank Cromwell's enough for their exceptional service. Sally, Chanelle and the wider team made the buying process seamless for me. They managed expectations clearly through clear communication and regular updates. Always proactive with processes to ensure the sale went through efficiently. If Sally or Chanelle missed a call from me I knew they would get back to me within an hour. GoogleFrom the moment I viewed the property to collecting the keys, Cromwells have been amazing! There were many bumps in the road to get to completion but at each point Sally, Kate and Chanelle were phenomenal, checking in with me, consoling me and supporting me. I can't express my gratitude enough, the service provided by this estate agency was always on point. I wanted to view the property on numerous occasions over the course and it was never any trouble. I felt like they really had my back when there was a possibility that the property was to be remarketed, a big thanks to Sally for this who put in a lot of work to ensure it didn't happen. Everyone I dealt with at Cromwells were fantastic and I would have no hesitation in highly recommending them.

GoogleVery helpful, friendly and efficient. I’d had some problems at the start of the move with my nominated mortgage advisor and Cromwells helped me to quickly find a replacement and set me up with a Solicitor. My sales progressor Chanelle was very good at keeping up to date with the move. She was able to keep me informed and give me reassurance that everything was progressing as it should.

GoogleGreat experience with Sally & The Cromwells team. They were responsive, communicative and really easy to work with when selling our house. They offered support, guidance and advice as needed but weren't pushy at any point of the process which made the everything much easier to manage and work through.

GoogleI have recently sold my flat through Cromwells Estate Agents. I couldn’t have gotten a better service my sale was not straight forward and when I was faced with multiple issues I received the best advice and service. Hayley was handed my case when issues started to arise she was always calm, very friendly and positive. I was ready to give up on my sale but she persevered and the end result was my flat sale finally going through. I’m so grateful for her hard work as I think I would have pulled out. Now I’m in a position to buy my next home with my baby and that’s thanks to Cromwells and Hayley in particular. Sam was really professional, giving us a realistic valuation and listing our property on the market within 2 days of initial contact! The whole team kept us well informed at all stages between accepting the offer and completion. Special thanks to Hayley in sales progression who was absolutely amazing throughout. Unfortunately we didn't have the best solicitor, and trying to get an update was like trying to get blood from a stone, but Hayley always had the answers to our questions and if she didn't know would find out and update us the same day. GoogleThank goodness for people like Jas... I recently bought a property in Wallington and Jas was the agent dealing with the sale. I honestly cannot recommend them enough. Our chain was a very long one and there were several points where it nearly collapsed. Not only did Jas keep me informed minute by minute, step by step, she also provided me with an ear when I felt it was all going wrong. Professional, fantastic communicator, on top of her game I would definitely say I had the best experience ever and that was all thanks to Jas. Considering I was buying and not paying any fees to Cromwells this didn’t stop her bending over backwards to be on hand (even on her day off she still contacted me to make sure things were ok) dedicated! I would like to say the most heart felt thanks to Jas without her I wouldn’t be moving into our new home. GoogleWe sold our house via Cromwells and Sally Calvo was our agent. Sally was professional, took excellent photos of our property, kept us well informed and always answered calls. Our property sold in two weeks for the full asking price which was excellent. Where Cromwells really stood out was with the progression. We had a complicated chain and the agent followed up everything every week, even doing the job of other agents in the chain who were not as efficient. They really did an excellent job. GoogleThank you to Samuel and his team for being so energetic and helpful in selling my elderly Mothers bungalow. Despite the first chain breaking down further along the chain (out of their control at all) they re:listed and again provided plenty of proceed-able viewings quickly, achieving a good price, and completion within six weeks working very well with Julia Stygal from MW solicitors (Wallington) which proved a dream team. I would warmly recommend them to anyone buying and selling property. They were always available for advice, and every team member pleasant and helpful.

GoogleI’m a naturally sceptical person, especially about the housing market. Nevertheless, I was sufficiently clueless about home buying that I had no choice but to work with an agent. My wife and I worked with Amanda to purchase our home and really can’t say enough good things about her. She is knowledgeable, approachable, personable, endlessly patient, and incredibly generous with her time including arranging the viewing on very short notice. Particular high points were helping us extricate ourselves from a seller who ended up behaving in a really sketchy manner after we’d made an offer, She answered every question clearly and thoroughly. Buying a home in this market is challenging, but working with Amanda made it as painless and straightforward as possible. Also important to us was the fact that she put absolutely no pressure on us and provided information in an even-handed, non-judgmental, manner, and wasn’t unfazed by several course-changes in what I was looking for. We highly recommend her.

GoogleUsed Cromwells (Wallington) to sell my property and found the whole team to be extremely helpful, professional and informative at all stages of the process. Primarily dealt with Samuel who made the whole process seamless and stress-free and was always on hand to update me at any time. GoogleI would thoroughly recommend using Cromwells, Wallington if you're buying or selling locally. Mainly dealt with Sam and Mitzie, both were incredibly efficient, helpful and chased up my vendors solicitors way beyond their job description. When you call with a query, anyone in the office can help you, there isn't one specific agent for your property. They added zero stress to a period of time which is typically immensely stressful.
