We have recently bought a property through Chancellors Wallingford and have dealt with Richard Sharman who has been exceptional throughout the process. Sorting out every detail between us and the vendor. Nothing has be to much trouble arranging numerous visits to the property with various family and trades people. I would not hesitate to recommend Chancellors in Wallingford.

Throughout a very difficult situation Louise was positive, proactive and professional. Shocking level of service, we’ve had great difficulty on multiple occasions contacting any one from the office, no body can be bothered to call us back or reply to an email, today we had an appointment however the agent turned up nearly 2hrs late, she couldn’t even be bothered to give a call despite having our details. Very very disappointed

I bought a flat from chancellors. Basically had no contact from them in the 5 months the property took to complete and my emails were ignored. When the property completed they didn't have the keys to the back door. This despite the fact they had used a key to show us outside during the viewing. Liars trying to cover up the fact they had lost keys. Would use a different more professional estate agents.

The worst possible agents I have ever had the misfortune to know. They refuse to organise any viewings to anyone other than a cash buyer ! Where do they expect you to live when your house is sold ? The rudest,most condescending,arrogant people in the world. Are chancellors trying to control the whole property market with their aggressive tactics?I would never market a property with them as they refuse to allow viewings.

I would be very careful about letting a property through Chancellors. We sadly used them for a year and found them to be of very little help. It appears that they allow tenants to damage your property whilst living there and give you zero support in claiming this money back out of the deposit. They act through a sub company called Thameside management and the staff there are neither knowledgable or helpful.

I’ve lost count of the number of times I’ve had ‘George’ from Chancellors (Slough) leave me a voicemail, despite emailing them to ask them to stop! Arranged a viewing, they didn’t turn up, which is why I’m not interested in having anything to do with them. When I phoned them, no one seemed to know what was going on! My husband wasted his day off waiting around for them.
