BFL have been great throughout the process of selling my home. I had quite unique and difficult circumstances trying to sell the home after a separation and they were understanding throughout. Particular thanks to Matt who always kept me updated, always responded quickly, and did everything he could to ensure my sake progressed as quickly as possible despite difficult circumstances outside of our control. Matt was very understanding and supportive and later Sam, who was professional and helpful. I would recommend BFL and am thankful for them for helping me in a difficult time.

Mixed Experience We recently bought our first home through Bradshaw Farnham & Lea and had a largely positive experience, thanks in no small part to Matt, who was absolutely fantastic throughout. From the very beginning, Matt was approachable, responsive, and incredibly helpful. He always answered our calls or got back to us straight away, and he was quick to chase up any queries with the vendor. Having him as our main point of contact made the whole process feel smooth and much less stressful. However, our experience took a bit of a turn in the final few weeks when we began dealing with Claire from the sales progression team, who hadn't contacted us at all previously. Unfortunately, we found her communication style to be quite abrupt and most of the time very rude. While we understood that both we and the vendors were eager to complete, the way she spoke to us felt unnecessarily harsh. Even our solicitor commented on her unprofessionalism and apologised to us for the way she handled things, despite not being affiliated with her. Another disappointment was the key handover. Although we completed at 11:30am, we didn’t receive our keys until after 4:30pm. We remained patient and understanding throughout the day, something Matt was kind enough to thank us for on the day. However, it was disheartening to later learn that friends who also bought through BFL received lovely gift hampers with prosecco and vouchers, while we were simply handed our keys in a plain white envelope. We found this quite underwhelming in the moment anyway but to find out that other buyers received lovely hampers was a further kick in the teeth. Overall, we’re incredibly grateful to Matt for his support and professionalism, however, the final stages of the process makes it seem that the rest of the BFL experience is lacking. We hope BFL takes this feedback on board to ensure a more consistent and positive experience for all their clients.

I've just sold my house with BFL Moreton Wirral and the experience from start to finish was excellent and all the staff were friendly and helpful throughout. I would like to specifically mention Dan who dealt with sales progression. The sale & purchase involved a long chain where the solicitors throughout the chain seemed incapable of communicating with each other... which became very stressful. However, Dan kept me sane!! He was extremely helpful and and went above and beyond in ensuring everything went through - benefitting the whole chain, even those not using BFL

NO service at all!!!

We were buying a leasehold property from this agent and they only contacted us once in the whole 4 month process. When they did call, it was after I’d gone in and asked for an update and to enquire why it was still on Rightmove, for sale. The young lady who called had totally incorrect information! I then rang and was told they had the lease agreement and would ensure it was with me within a week. That was early October. Said document arrived at the 11th hour via our solicitor just before Christmas, close to completion. Due to its terms ( including not owning the loft space which we’d asked to see on a 2nd viewing and had not been told we would not own it) we withdrew from buying it. No call was made by the agents! I feel sorry for the sellers as I wonder if they realise how little was done to get a sale, or were the agents withholding getting us the lease deliberately? I hope the next potential buyer of this property is treated with a little more respect!!

Dan in sales progression handled my sale perfectly, he couldnt do enough for me. I found myself in a really difficult situation in a really long and complicated chain, however, Dan was constantly on the case, liaising with my solicitor, my buyers solicitor and other estate agents, making sure all the cogs in the chain lined up so we could complete my sale in a timely manner.. I couldn’t recommend him and Bradshaw Farnham and Lea enough.

Don't waste your time with other estate agents on the Wirral, BFL have an absolutely amazing team and are the definition of excellent customer service. Louise worked endlessly to facilitate a smooth sale and was always available. Abi and Jessica were excellent and cannot thank them enough. Very polite and always helpful. You won't get this level of service from the other estate agents on the Wirral and can speak from experience dealing with 4 other Estate Agents prior to using BFL. Thank you so much not only did you sell my property but you treated me like a human being the entire time when others treated me simply as another commission.

Dear Sam / Louise, Jessica, As you know our sale completed on the 14th of December and I felt it important to thank you and the team for the very professional service you provided to us. We found your rate competitive and any concerns we did have with you not having an office in Wallasey were ill founded. Living remotely from the house (some 4 hours away) meant that we were very reliant on you to be our local support in achieving a sale and progressing it from that point. Your market appraisal was spot on which was especially important as we had lost touch with the local market conditions and the sale price achieved was pitched just right to get a good level of interest and a prompt sale at a fair price. Your ability to maintain the chain even after a buyer dropped out was exemplary as was your free sales progressor service which kept the chain aligned both directly (in person) and via the solicitors. Unfortunately you don't get to choose your estate agent when purchasing a home but luckily we had Mark from Bradshaw Farnham & Lea who was excellent. Getting an offer accepted for his client on the house is only 10% of the job and Mark was brilliant at managing the whole transaction which had a few complications to deal with. Initial selling of the service was very good, but then you fall into the B team that are poor, which is a shame as they are the ones actually selling your house.
