I must have viewed every house in Barry before finding the right one. Thoughout that time Rhiannon was patience, support, helpful and professional, like having your best friend or a family member with you, listening to ideas, concerns, to make sure it was the right house for me. We've sold several properties through the Sequence group. This one however is a little different. In a small busy town like Barry I was entrusting my portfolio management and investments to property professionals.....And wow I found them. The team and especially Sophie were prepared to go above and beyond. They made the process easy as I was little sceptical about offloading my rental properties, however due to market conditions and the economic situation it became necesery during this period. My property which was tenanted I thought may be difficult to proceed through an open market, and I thought could pose a challenge. However after a market appraisal by a super experienced Listings Mananger she put my mind at ease. With expert market advice, limitless local knowledge, a professional approach, both understanding and empathetic I felt completely at ease and comfortable about listing my property and confident that I would achieve the best possible market price regardless of it being tenanted with an ongoing contract. I was met with a relaxed optimistic outlook at the market appraisal, with what i thought a very realistic valuation. The team followed it up with it professionally prepared valuation appraisal. I appointed which led to an offer an I couldn't refuse. Throughout the conveyancing process. I really didn't need to do much, the process happened, other than a few issues with managemnt pack enquiries and searches issues, which were resolved quickly and professionally I would have no doubts in recommending this estate agent over any others in ther area. Thank you once again for working so closely with me. I would always recommend these agents and a big shout out to their superstar Sophie who really makes sure the service and communication is Spot On!!!

This is the first time I've used Allen and Harris Estate Agents. From the first time I spoke with Ria to the times I have met and dealt with Ria ever since, she has been amazing. Friendly, efficient, quick to get back to me with any information I needed or requested. I have to say Ria has been a pleasure to deal with and she has helped me make the purchase of my property really easy. This was, by no means, an easy transaction; held up by multiple issues and awful communication and failures of my buyer and her Solicitors.
