What can I say, Dallas and his team particularly Maxinev were amazing in the most difficult times. Not only did they advise us on the best possible price for our property, but kept our buyers happy for almost a year through covid and loosing a house. Finally we completed and moved at the end of January and can't be more grateful for their constant chasing and updates. Don't be tempted to go with a cheaper option. We used Dallas and the team for our recent move to our dream home. We put our house on the market right before the UK lockdown was announced in March 2020 and so the timing wasn’t ideal however Dallas was regularly in contact, keeping us updated with progress and interest during this period. When things opened back up, viewings began to flow in with feedback being sought pretty quickly. It wasn’t too long before we had an acceptable offer on the table. Due to the impact of COVID-19, the whole process took longer than we would’ve liked however none of this was the fault of R, M & J but they were very supportive throughout and the communication was fantastic, which meant we were aware of everything as things developed. We want to thank Dallas and the team for all of their efforts and professionalism throughout, from Kendall helping with the viewings to Maxine chasing up and down the chain and Dallas for his candour and perseverance. We recently moved using RMJ in Waldersalde village. We worked with Joe on the initial house sale and Kendall and Dallas on the purchase of the new house. Overall the service provided to us was superb. Ultra responsive along the whole journey and extremely knowledgeable on the market. We met with Mica who completed our valuation and was very professional and helpful, provided lots of information to us. We proceeded and used Robinson Michael and Jackson to sell our house and it sold within 6 days. We were very pleased. We had trouble during our chain (not at any fault of Robinson, Michael and Jackson), it was to do with our on-ward purchase and Maxine and Dallas couldn't be more helpful to support with chasing and getting things sorted. Maxine went above and beyond to support and kept in constant contact via emails and telephone. Thank-you so much for all your help - I couldn't recommend them enough. After selling and buying a few properties through Robinson Michael and Jackson this was the first time we had dealings with the Walderslade office. At the time we had lost money on another property with another Estate Agency, as the property had too many major problems to take such a project on at this time in our life. The moment we walked into RMJ Walderslade there was a warm welcome and both Mica and Kendall were really helpful taking down our details and were genuinely interested in what type of property we wanted and the surroundings we would like. Immediately, the office was in communication with us with properties they had in areas that would possibly suit. Kendall in particular would meet us at a property and would explain details and information about the property and if we asked a question she didn’t know, she would go back to the office and phone us later with answers to any queries or concerns we might have . Kendal was extremely polite, courteous and nothing was too much trouble. Kendall put our mind at ease and was always at the end of the phone if needed. From start to completion the Walderslade office Robinson Michael and Jackson were fantastic. Thank you for finding us a lovely home we love and feel settled in.
