I cannot recommend Sarah Longdan enough, her persistent and communication was key for me and the seller, we communicated through Sarah as our solicitors were both non responsive at time, it was frustrating for us as it was taking over 5mths to buying my property. Most emails were replayed straight away, I was never left waiting long. Brilliant service from beginning to nearly end!!

Mandy At Richard Kendalls Ossett Branch dealt with my purchase.. she was on it all the time going above and beyond dealing with things at my selling end as well when Purple Bricks let's me down time and time again. We recently sold our house in the UK before moving to the USA. Donna and Suzy assisted in the process and helped keep the whole thing going and minimised all stress in the house selling process. Our house sold very quickly and Suzy and Donna took care of everything from there to completion. They really pushed at the end as we were due to get on our flight to the USA and needed a prompt close on the house. We didn’t doubt them for a second! And even better, we barely lifted a finger!

Where to start......we have used Richard Kendall for almost 30 years buying and selling 6 different properties over that time. On every occasion we have received the most professional, courteous and friendly service. Our last two dealings were managed by Liz Cooke who is the most delightful and professional person to deal with. We actually requested Liz for our latest sale because we knew we’d be in safe hands, she didn’t disappoint! We hope our next purchase is a Richard Kendall property so that we can be assured it’ll be handled professionally.

We recently sold our home through Richard Kendall and had amazing service from start to finish, that I must mention all involved! David valued our property and was so polite, friendly and informative. Andy took beautiful photos and had the vision to show our home to its full potential. And Donna provided excellent service through the sales progression to completion and went the extra mile to, not only keep us in the loop at every stage, but to chase all other parties involved in the onwards chain to speed up the process! We won’t be in a rush to move again but if/when we do, we would absolutely use Richard Kendall again! Thank you all so much!

Ellie has been great throughout our 6 month tenancy from start to finish. We made a request in the renewal that required liaising with the leaseholder and the freeholder management, she managed to get it sorted within 2 working days! FacebookYou do wonder why you pay an estate agent all that money when you first put your house on the market. Then you actually sell your house and find out why. When things got difficult Liz went above and beyond speaking to everyone involved in the chain in order to get the sale through. Without her it would never have happened. Many thanks for all your hard work. My only gripe is that they seemed reluctant, at times, to cover viewings when we were unavailable.

Absolutely shocking service from Richard Kendall's, we put our house on the market after being valued by Simon Kendall , 3 months later and we have had one viewing, no contact from Richard Kendall's, I have made numerous phone calls to recommend changing photos, sharing it on social media, lowering the price. Its difficult to see why they charge so much when I am the one telling them how to advertise my property.I have now put in notice to withdraw the property and spoke to a rather rude weekend manager who said that I was unable to speak with Simon Kendall as he deals with the letting side of things, funny how he was keen to speak to me when I was considering putting the house up for sale and now he's unavailable for the next 2 weeks!Extremely disappointing service from Richard Kendall's and I would not advise anyone to sell their home with this agent.
