TrustpilotExcellent professional service
Had a great experience selling our rental property using Richard Kendall. Karen Marijewko was the senior property consultant at Wakefield branch and constantly updated us throughout the whole process. Once the property had sold Karen regularly communicated with us with sale progression and actively chased the solicitors for updates. I would definitely recommend Richard Kendall Estate agents and would use them again.

FacebookWe are now coming to the end of our house sale with Richard Kendall and it hasn’t been without its twists and turns due to our buyer not listening to instructions that were given to her by the team at Northgate. Liz oversaw our sale and was excellent in every way, she did everything she could to sort out all the problems that were thrown at us.... if you’re thinking of selling or buying I couldn’t recommend Liz and the team more. 100% professional ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
