We purchased a house through reeds and rain and was unfortunate enough to have Janet deal with it….to be honest we found her very rude and condescending her customers service skills are very poor Buying a property should be a good experience, it’s a big decision and not one to be rushed we found Janet very pushy We requested that Janet didn’t deal with the sale, Scott ended up taking over and dealt with things in a professional manner…. I would recommend Reeds & Rain but stay away from Janet!!!

Reeds Rains helped us immensely in our moving process. We had an incredibly short time to relocate half way across the country but Sam and Claire at the Wakefield branch did a great job helping us every step of the way, with fast and clear responses whenever I had questions. Easy to arrange a viewing. Got a phone call to confirm the appointment but the guy that came had no information or idea about the property. He said he was there to open the door and that's it. Not exactly sure how that's meant to entice me to buy the property or use their services going forward, but there you go.

First time I have used this service and being a new landlord. I cannot thank enough Sam who was so patient, supportive, easily contactable anytime and fully explained everything I needed to comply with landlord regulation. Moreover she guided me how to make my house more marketable at a good price. With her supportive, when time for them to find me a tenant Leanne found me a tenant who ticked all the my boxes in first instance. My tenant has been in the house for 2 months and reported that she is settled and she is happy . Without Sam and Leanne's support I would not have found a good tenant like her.
