A wonderful team of young, energetic, knowlegable and well presented Estate Agents! They said they would sell my old house and estimated that it would be around the 12th-13th viewer and number 12 came back twice and now lives there! Best Estate Agents I have ever had to deal with! They also have an excellent on-line set up so you know that people are viewing your property, all key searches covered! Hooray an organisation that knows how to use the technology at their disposal!

Efficient and weekly updates received by telephone although as this was a fairly straightforward sale it wasn't always needed and I didn't learn much from them. However they were useful with a couple of queries we had.
Purchaser found extremely quickly due to unusual circumstances with knowledge they had from existing clients who were stuck in a chain. Property didn't actually get marketed openly i.e. no brochures or web-site entry and despite initial indication that discount on fee would be given this was then refused when mentioned later. Disappointing!
Otherwise they knew the local market well and used due to the number of sales achieved in the village in the previous few months.
