Best estate agent we've ever used.

We have moved 7 times in the last 35 years and I can honestly say that this is the best agent we have ever used. Given that we were buying as opposed to selling we feel that we got a much better service from Bond Oxborough Phillips than we did from the estate agent we were actually paying in respect to the sale of our house. We were given regular updates by Susan Stanbury who not only chased our own agents and solicitors for information but was first to confirm when exchange took place. We never had to chase for updates or for requested information, we knew that we could rely on Susan to act in a proactive manner on our behalf at all times. Definitely a first class service!

Distance no object!

Distance really was no object when dealing with Bond Oxborough Phillips for our recent house purchase in Cornwall when we were in East Northamptonshire! From a buyer's perspective

This agent had far and away the best selection of properties in Cornwall in our price range.. The branch manager himself took the trouble to show us the property a second time three weeks after our first viewing. They kept us well informed throughout the time we spent having a survey done, negotiating the sale and overcoming a number of problems that arose while the seller went away, and most importantly of all took the trouble to stand in and lean on her solicitor. As a result exchange and completion followed a tight schedule that our move required.. The Wadebridge office staff worked throughout as an integrated team of professionals. I have never dealt with anyone better to be honest. As a buyer I needed to secure the purchase ASAP with some very tight timelines, and given this brief, the lady dealing with my case was extremely timely, friendly and totally on top of things.
