Selling our first home was a big moment for us, and I genuinely couldn’t have asked for better people to guide me through it than Della and the team at Dixons. From the start, Della was amazing. She was professional and reassuring, but more than that, she was just a genuinely kind person. The whole process can feel quite daunting when it’s your first time, but she explained everything clearly, kept me updated, and was always there when I had questions. What really stood out to me was how personal the experience was. It honestly felt less like dealing with an estate agent and more like having an old friend helping me through the process. That level of genuine care and reassurance made such a difference to the journey. The whole team were fantastic, supportive, and always friendly, and I always felt like they truly cared about getting the best outcome for us. If you're selling a home and want people who are not only professional but also genuinely lovely people to work with, I can’t recommend Della and the team at Dixons enough. I honestly had the best experience with Sahar! She’s definitely the one who you should be looking for when trying to purchase a property! She runs through everything In detail and breaks down the cost giving you a scope of what your expense would look like. She helps you budget, answers emails // calls super fast & even responds to reassure you whilst being on annual leave haha! Considering my age it was super hard to find a suitable lender but she did an amazing job at finding me one with the best rates. Sahar genuinely made my experience feel super smooth and fast - bonus since she’s so friendly and welcoming! Look for Sahar in branch when your next in to purchase your forever home! 5* for the general team and particularly Josh. We genuinely wouldn't have got our home without him. The review was docked a star because I cannot ignore how bad our experience was of our case handler (Emma)- she was almost impossible to get a hold of or hear a reply from- and her promises were never followed up on. It was only towards the end when a staff member from Countrywide helped us escalate a complaint that Emma started to show an interest. Where she made me at times feel the purchase wasn't going to succeed, Josh stepped in despite it not being his responsibility and was always reassuring and proactive. I'm very grateful to him.
