Too expensive. No involvement of the landlord They told me no one can rent my flat except them Once I ended the contract with them The rent is higher after I left them I would not recommend using them again as a landlord.

GoogleFrom visiting the property they were very professional, listened to me and were punctual. When selling I was told of viewings and given feedback, they found a buyer very quickly, they worked with me to ensure we secured the sale. I was kept up to date from Gibbs Gillespie on the sale of the property, I felt i never had to chase. Would highly recommend.

Awful service, do not use the Ruislip Branch!!! Staff are rude, arrogant and feel they can underprice your property by a ridiculous amount. What makes me laugh is that they are advertising properties WAY beyond their actual price. I guess they just want quick commission. I would NOT recommened - their agents are also useless, unknowledgable and have no idea about the properties visited to view.

It's the first time I've rented a house for this agency and I don't recommend it. It's a terrible agency it doesn't help Tenants when it's in trouble my house caught fire and I never had support, and they're an agency that only sees the owner's side of the house The Tenants have no right to anything

GoogleI have been renting out my property with GG Ruislip for over four years and am very happy with the service they provide. All their staff have been really helpful during this time, including Cayleigh Pearson who has been my contact for the past few months. Cayleigh recently helped sort out an upholsterer for my broken sofa which was very much appreciated.

GoogleDefinitely the best letting agent experience I've ever had. From viewing through finalising the letting agreement, property management and finishing with quick and easy deposit resolution, and check out all the employees I interacted with were very polite, professional and responsive. (Nadia, Mark, Ella, Josh, Trey, Sophie and a few that I unfortunately can't remember the name) I strongly recommend.
