GoogleCalled on Monday morning spoke to David said he’ll call back to let me know a few rooms that we’re available. A call back never happened.
I then called the Uxbridge branch on Monday afternoon spoke to a woman to pass on the message to David for a call back.
No calls were made.
Called the branch yesterday only to be told all the rooms have now gone.
Now I’m having to look around for another home.
Ridiculous service if David or someone else had call I’d might have a home by now.
Terrible service will say they will call you .. and then they forget and give the property to someone else !!

GoogleWorst agency in my experience, avoid them at all costs. Gubs Banger tried to raise the rent before we moved in even though the agreement was already signed. He didn't even bother to check that we and the landlord signed it. When it became clear to him that there was already a biding agreement , he did not apologize. My contract was for a fixed period of 1 year, which changed to a rolling contract. When the 1 year was up, they tried to force me to sign another year. David Tuffin harassed me every day by email until I wrote that I would take legal action. When I moved out and asked when I would get the deposit back, they didn't answer until they saw that I was also writing to the landlord. They didn't organize the time for handing over the apartment either, only at the last moment when I gave them an ultimatum. Absolutely unorganized amateurs, I recommend you to avoid them.

I am sorry that you feel that you did not have a good experience while renting your property. I would like to state that the property that you lived in was not managed by Christopher Nevill Lettings and we acted as an introducing agent on behalf of the landlord of the property. In our capacity as introducing agents we act on the landlords instruction and it was the landlord that requested that the rent be renegotiated before you moved in to the property. This negotiation was between yourself and the landlord and you both agreed on a rent before you moved in to the property.
I agree that you agreement initially was for one year but again, we act on the instruction of the landlord and he wanted the tenancy to be renewed for a further term of one year and did not want to go on to a periodic tenancy, again, after protracted negotiations between you and the landlord there was an agreement for the contract to go in to a periodic status. Your claim that I harassed you every day is not true and you were sent periodic reminders from our document signing platform DocuSign when the contract remained unsigned. I believe that this was the case as you had ongoing negotiations with the landlord in regards to the term of the agreement and when it was agreed that the tenancy would go on to periodic the document was voided on DocuSign and the reminders stopped.
In regards to the protracted deposit negotiations, again, as introducing agents we take instructions from the landlord and we can only send the funds once the landlord and tenant have mutually agreed in writing the amount to be returned. Initially the landlord was claiming for damages which you did not agree to and after protracted negotiations the landlord decided to send you the full deposit at which point we transferred the full deposit to you. At all times we followed the guidelines set out by the TDS which is the scheme that the deposit was held in.
