We cannot recommend Allday & Miller highly enough. We purchased our first house through them and what a seamless experience it was. Charlie narrowed down our search in line with our budget and arranged the viewings quickly. Our offer was accepted and the ball got rolling very quickly. Charlie recommended a local conveyancer and from the time our offer was accepted to completion was only 10 weeks, which was amazing as we thought stamp duty holiday would be ending! Charlie was always available to answer any of our questions (we had quite a few!) and his knowledge was exceptional. We thought buying a house whilst 6 months pregnant in the middle of a pandemic would be stressful, but this was most definitely eased with the help of Charlie and his professionalism 10/10 for everything! Charlie was our contact, although we also met Luke. We were extremely pleased with the service we received, while selling our house. We were kept up to date regularly by Charlie. We were with another agent for 9 months previously, but didn't even receive one offer. It only took a month with Charlie. Can't praise this agency high enough. It's a stressful time for anyone, but having someone with so much experience and enthusiasm, made it much easier for us. Thank you guys so much!

Like most people, at the start of buying our first home, we were very wary of Estate Agents. They don’t have the best reputation and I was concerned about this when commencing our search. Well, not only did we find a house which is perfect for us, but Luke made the entire process almost enjoyable! He was on hand whenever needed and it really showed that he genuinely cares about helping people find a home. Charlie from Allday & Miller dealt with both our sale as well as found us our perfect new home. The house had offers without putting the For Sale placard up (important for us). Selling the house during COVID meant we did knot want lots of people walking through the house every other day - we had 2 weekends of viewing before getting an offer we accepted - yes it was super quick 👍🏽 From accepting the offer through to finding a home for us, right through exchange and completion Charlie was always reachable and kept the communication flowing (not too much) Very personable and highly recommend! Luke Allday and Charlie Miller were the perfect estate agents when I bought my home this year. I approached them because I saw a listing of a property I liked. It was beautifully presented, but it wasn't right for me. I expressed my concerns to Luke and he took my words on perfectly. He didn't try to persuade me to make an offer on the property because he knew it wasn't right for me. A few weeks later he contacted me about a property which addressed all of my concerns (and I had a lot!). It fully matched my budget and the property was exquisite. Luke and Charlie worked as a team to find my perfect home. They made sure I was the first one to see the property, I even got a viewing before it officially went on the market because they knew I would like it. Buying a property during the pandemic was bound to be stressful, especially as a first-time buyer and with the stress of the stamp-duty holiday. However, Luke and Charlie were always on the ball. Whenever there were problems within the chain (and there were a lot), Luke was always the first to let me know before my own solicitors, and he would have a plan to get it sorted. The whole transaction of the property was delayed due to these problems (and the pandemic), however Luke and Charlie easily sped up the process by multiple months. Not normally one to put reviews, but this was a case of must do! Both Tom & Sophie have been fantastic, right from day 1. With Tom's advice and guidance we was not only able to achieved our asking price, we were also able to completed from start to finish in just under 12 weeks. Not having moved for over 34 years, and hearing the horror stories, we have to honestly say a massive thank you to Allday & Miller (Tom & Sophie) A great example of customer service. An honest review Very poor service did not take out proper vetting and diligence of the buyer just took there word for it and sold the property , game show ! They sold the property early September 2024 to a buyer who had no mortgage offer or even a mortgage in principle.They even instructed solicitors without a mortgage offer how absurd unprofessional , with a string of typical Estate Agent lies. The property was showing sold ( still is ) even though no mortgage offer or contracts in place Moving forward to January 2025 nearly 4months on still no mortgage offer.Because of this agent the whole chain and people's lives have been properly disregarded and disrupted. I have been in property for over 30 years you get one chance to lay the foundations of a good and honest relationship , reputation and they failed. In this game reputation is everything even more that a estate agents commission for them it was the latter ! That's my honest review and opinion
