This is a first class firm. Their understanding of the market and their attention to detail is superb. In this case I was selling a property and Tom the sales director was on the ball right up to completion. All of the the team were a pleasure to deal with as communications are so good. Moses has the chat. You need details? He’s got 'em. You’ve got questions? He’s got answers. And not just any answers, the bloke’s got banter. Location-wise, he’s a wizard. Must have a map of every nook and cranny in his head 'cause he knew all the spots, the lush ones and even the dodgy ones to steer clear of. Negotiating? Pfft. Moses could probably talk a vending machine into giving up a free packet of crisps. By the time he was through, the price was so good I thought they’d made a mistake. Top lad, excellent service.

It seems from the seller perspective everything is great and the reviews are amazing. From the perspective of the buyer (us) we would've appreciated a little more effort or communication. Our process was very delayed due to problems in the sellers side however we were lucky enough to keep in touch directly with the seller. We were also given conflicting information when we first put in an offer suggesting the seller was ready to move out as soon as possible and this was not the case as they were not ready until 6 months down the line. We only found this out when we contacted the seller directly. For us it was not an issue but for someone else with timeline issues could ve been massive problem. We also struggled to get the house viewed in the beginning, we had to chase to get in a viewing and then an offer down. We are very happy in the end the house is ours ans perhaps as first time buyers we needed a wee bit more communication. After all, not all of us know what the whole process entails.
