GoogleExtremely disappointed with the lack of compassion shown by this agency (Amy Mccallum). I’m living with cancer and reached out early to ask for help ending my tenancy to avoid arrears. Instead of understanding, I was told I’d have to pay £200 + VAT just to leave, while struggling with illness and unable to work. Rather than offering support, they preferred to create unnecessary stress. This shows a complete lack of empathy for tenants facing genuine hardship. I served my community during the pandemic with the NHS Rapid Response Team, and this is how my community repays me, with fees, not compassion. No one fighting for their life should have to fight for a bit of humanity.

They were able to showcase the house in such a way that it generated multiple offers and they know how to sell. I couldn’t recommend Allday & Miller highly enough.

GoogleFrom start to finish i couldn't faulty Amy and Jordan. Kept me up to date with everything on a daily basis and found me a tenant for my property with minimal loss in rental for myself so very happy. Pricing was also very good as they now manage the property for us.

They found me a tenant very quickly and I can't thank them enough for making this process feel so easy. I have had a small experience today with Clare who handles the property management and I am feeling the same professionalism from her too. Overall, all wonderful.
