Couldn't rate Allday & Miller highly enough. We dealt with Luke and from the first viewing he couldn't be more accommodating (we've met a lot of estate agents and that is a rare trait)! I attended my 1st viewing alone as my husband was away for the day, but then when he got back early Luke kindly fit us in for a 2nd viewing on the same day even though there were 19 other appointments booked in that day. We had lots of questions before we made an offer which were answered promptly and concisely. When we did make an offer we were kept in the loop. When we had our offer accepted we were advised without delay. Luke checked in with up throughout the process, chased our solicitors, mortgage broker and asked the sellers multiple questions, taking the anguish of being a first time buyer away. Fabulous customer service skills, no ego, excellent attention to detail of our needs and situation. You'd be hard pressed to find a better service. Keep up the great work! 2 happy buyers.

Now again viewing at 15.20 time now 15.48 and agent still hasn't shown up yet. A courtesy call may have avoided the unpleasant experience. Office is closed not sure what to do. I expected better.

Extremely disappointed with the lack of compassion shown by this agency (Amy Mccallum). I’m living with cancer and reached out early to ask for help ending my tenancy to avoid arrears. Instead of understanding, I was told I’d have to pay £200 + VAT just to leave, while struggling with illness and unable to work. Rather than offering support, they preferred to create unnecessary stress. This shows a complete lack of empathy for tenants facing genuine hardship. I served my community during the pandemic with the NHS Rapid Response Team, and this is how my community repays me, with fees, not compassion. No one fighting for their life should have to fight for a bit of humanity.
