The team at Allday & Miller are incredible! I would like to give a special thanks to Jordan the director of sales who is very polite, diligent, honest, and extremely knowledgeable. I had experience with many local estate agents in the area and must say that this estate agency was the long awaited breath of fresh air to come to the area. I am immensely grateful for all of your help. Going forward I will only deal with Allday and Miller as they are simply the best! When Charlie Miller came to value my property, I was struck by his evident passion for selling property but also, in so doing, getting the outcome the client seeks. He seemed to genuinely care about that aspect of an estate agent's role. I therefore decided to list my property with Allday & Miller and have not regretted it. They worked very hard to sell it. They did not just wait for enquiries. The staff who conducted the viewings were professional and knowledgeable. Charlie was on hand to offer advice and guidance at a bumpy point in the conveyancing period. Sophie, the sales progressor, kept he process on track and progressing in a timely manner right through to exchange. This is an estate agent with a difference - professional, personable, helpful and caring of their clients. I can recommend them wholeheartedly.

I met Charlie at a house viewing on a Sunday. I remember my first impressions being how dedicated he was to cater for those who can’t view on weekdays. Charlie was clearly committed to being different from other agents, trying to get that sale whatever day of the week. A few years later I decided to sell, and I like most invited 3 agents for a valuation. All Day Miller stood out, very personable, professional and all about the customer. They promised to provide a quality service. The other two agents told me all the reasons why I should pick them and why I shouldn’t pick the other two. It was quite stressful and intimidating. But Charlie and his team remained professional, giving me time to make my decision without any pressure. I wanted to pick an agent who had an professional approach, could sell my home and experience in the field. I realised Allday & Miller had all that and more, a good understanding of the market, great local knowledge and a strategy to get that sale and that’s why I choose them My home went up for sale, and the first day I received an offer above the asking price. I truly believe this was down to how my home was advertised and a genuine desire for Allday & Miller to find the right person who wanted all the things my home and area had to offer. It wasn't just a sale it was the right person for the sale. Thereafter Sophie took charge. One word to sum her up would be AMAZING. Sophie was a genuine down to earth hardworking person, she had a job and didn't stop until it was done. She answered every email and every call, she clearly has years of experience, extremely professional and importantly diplomatic. She chased solicitors and got those exchange papers signed and the job done. I’ve never known a person to remain so calm and persistent. Highly recommend these guys 💯 i think for some people there is a nervousness with certain estate agents but rest assured these are 100% honest professional and very quick which is so important from my first viewing to negotiating the price Luke was great with this it must be said got me a lovely property for a great price appointing solicitors also who work with all day and miller who were also superb at what they do can’t actually believe how quickly everything moved a special mention to Holly who made the whole buying and then buy to let process on my property so easy found me a choice of tenants literally within a day and was always keeping me updated by phone and email the toughest part was choosing as all were suitable for me there will be no doubt I will buying and selling through these guys again in the future

I can't imagine an easier 5/5 than this quick review for Charlie and his team at Allday & Miller. We initially tried selling our house with another agent in the area as we had purchased the house via them but they were useless, over valued the house to get us signed up and then didn't deliver. After having a chat with Charlie I realised he was the agent for the job, he popped over and had a very productive chat / valued the house at a realistic price and immediately set about getting things done. His team all came over for a look around the house to ensure they had a good understanding of the spec I had refurbished the house to and before the house even went on the usual websites we had an offer we were very happy with. Charlie worked incredibly hard to keep things ticking along after the offer was accepted and we got from offer to completion in 3 months allowing us to purchase our new place, nothing short of a miracle in the current market. He's a professional and very friendly chap, if I hadn't left the area I would use him for every future property transaction!

The photos were very professional, and they took the time to ensure we had viewings that were from vetted buyers so as not to waste our time and eventually secured us a great buyer.
