GoogleI chose two agents to sell my house, Winkworth being one of them, and I recommend them completely. Zack Butterson achieved a fantastic price, (my neighbours are extremely envious), and Zack also managed to get me a good deal on the property I ended up buying. On top of all of this, Zack was attentive throughout and we got through whole process smoothly in what, at times, was quite a nerve racking experience. Thank you Winkworth

GoogleWhen moving in and out we always made sure we were quick in responding and that we had all bases covered. When we moved out, the landlady took time to get back to us and the agency suggested in a rude way that we should contact her ourselves when they were our point of contact. We cleaned the apartment better than how it was given to us, mind you we still had to clean the entire apartment when moving in, even after they'd supposedly done an extra cleaning due to the previous tenant leaving it terribly dirty. They did not clean it professionally, the lamp shades were super dusty, the stove has a thick black edge which we later realised wasn't stained silicone, it was grease! And upon moving out we had to pay for cleaning even though we left the place shining besides a little limescale in the toilet bowl. Everytime we called the manager April made us feel bad for calling, not asking how they could help or anything. All we got was "yes?" "Uh-huh?" "And?", making us feel like we shouldn't have called at all. Just because we were a young couple with a smaller financial budget than you might be used to it didn't give you the right to condescend to us and make us feel uncomfortable when we did everything by the books before, throughout and after we moved. Amy and Grace were however absolutely lovely to deal with and we wish that we could've dealt with them throughout the whole process instead, as they made us feel comfortable and cared about us as tenants and that the agreement for rental should protect both parts, not just the landlady.

GoogleI had a house to let out and asked Winkworth to give me an appraisal for rentals. Fiona came that same day and told what needed to be done to achieve the best results. Within a week of the house being ready, she had viewings lined up and the house was rented out in within no time at all! She made sure i knew about the proposed tenants and managed all the admin for me - I live some distance away. April kept me informed at every stage. I did go to another agent close by, but they did not even bother to call me back! I am going to stick with Winkworth - they are easy to contact and the same people speak to me every time so they know what is going on - really professional.

GoogleI give Charles Lang 5 stars as an estate agent. I think he would be a credit to any estate agency he worked for. He is motivated not only by the thrill of the sale and the opportunity that brings for him personally but also by the idea he is selling homes, rather than just bricks and mortar. He was sensitive to our family situation and kept several different parties informed at the same time - which was no mean feat! When it came to the final stages involving an extended chain of properties he took the lead in the chasing solicitors, buyers and other estate agents to push the exchange over the line. He is highly motivated to make the sale but acts with a warmth and professionalism that builds trust. Thanks Charles,.

GoogleWe stumbled across this property virutally at the last minute and Evelina was kind enough to meet us on site at very short notice. Briefly, we loved the property, made an offer and was successful. We were living overseas at the time and apart from our initial viewing all our correspondence was done via email. Evelina was great! Very professional and friendly. All my emails were answered promplty meaning we weren't left wondering what was going on. From viewing to completion was about 5 weeks so it all went very smoothly!

GoogleGreat team! Last month we had to find a new place with our 5 month baby. At first shoot Júlia showed us the perfect place. They really care and pay attention to your needs, only in that way they can sort your search in such a very quick and professional way. Fiona was exceptional as well! She kindly drove us so our baby would travel warm and comfy. Then April made all the process very easy for us. With a small baby everything can be very tough...

GoogleFrom start to finish, I found the whole process to be highly professional. I met James to view the property who was a pleasure to deal with being informative without overselling. Grace assisted proactively throughout the middle of the transaction and Charles was instrumental in ensuring the deal went through. He kept on top of the whole process to keep me me informed and liaise between the two parties faciltating where necessary. Overall and excellent service.
