wish I could leave zero stars. We dealt with Shanara and before Gilberto (same old issues seems to be a branch issue). This agent is an absolute nightmare. We reported a leak from the flat they manage above us on November in W3. Since the slowest of slow actions. Every time we ask for updates, they respond with defensiveness and outright abrasiveness. All the tenants who live in the property they manage also complain of how slow they are. At one point, they admitted they were slow to act but now, they’re hiding behind their client on moving things forward. Their lack of action poor communication with their contractor has caused extensive damage and even their tenants mention how slow they are, and they don’t care. Avoid them at all costs. It’s also funny Winkworth were the agents who acted for the vendor when we purchased the flat and were terrible then too.

Would definitely recommend! They didn’t bombard me with calls and emails about flats that didn’t suit my search, unlike 19,693 other estate agent’s I’d been in touch with before. Huge shoutout to Shabana who helped manage the process from start to finish, she understood what I was looking for and never suggested any outlandish shoebox studios. Changed my outlook on estate agents to be honest, would definitely recommend working with her if you’re looking for an elite agent. Also lil mention to Elmast who showed me around the property and was honest with any questions I had.

She was friendly and professional and kept us updated on issues she was communicating with the Landlord about and was always keen to reach a solution. Before Tess took on the property, we did have a slight issue with the previous point of contact, but this was resolved immediately and personally by Fiona, the partner in charge of the branch, hence the 5 star review.

I bought my flat last year with the help of Jake, and he was by far the best estate agent I’ve ever dealt with. From start to finish he was kind, open, and honest, never pushy, never dismissive, and I never once felt like he was prioritising the seller’s interest over mine as the buyer. He really listened to my concerns, took them seriously, and always helped find practical solutions. Even when an unexpected hurdle came up right at the end, he was proactive and direct with the seller on my behalf, making a tricky situation much easier to navigate. Unlike other agents I’d spoken to before, who often made me feel silly for asking questions, Jake was approachable, warm, and professional throughout. He made the whole process feel smooth and supportive, and even after completion he’s continued to check in and answer questions. Winkworth handled the sale of my property on Gunnersbury Triangle exceptionally well. The sale was incredibly challenging, due to issues with the buyer's competence, problems with their solicitor, surveyor and lender. To add to the those difficulties there were also issues further down the chain. The Winkworth Agent assigned to our case was Mr Nikolay Trifonov. He really went above and beyond what you could reasonably expect from an Estate Agent. I am convinced that if it hadn't been for his hard efforts at every step of the way, my sale would almost certainly have fallen through. He diligently chased the conveyancing process, but also helped plug the many gaps in the buyer's understanding of the process and survey report. He was extremely professional, polite and patient. I cannot recommend Nik and Winkworth enough.
