GoogleTo write a quick review of our experience, Frank and Innes Uttoxeter have cost us thousands of pounds because of their incompetence and have lost some important postal items. I strongly advise against using their services.

GoogleSold my house via Frank Innes. Excellent to deal with from start to finish. Scott did my valuation and was great answering questions as it was my first time selling. Sarah and Rebecca in the office were always at the end of the email - which was awesome for me as was working away with no phone signal. Prompt and professional replies. Would look at using again if I ever need to sell. Would highly recommend.

GoogleWaited outside the shop for opening to apply for a property. The bloke (Mark) didn't open the door was busy playing on his phone, 15 mins past opening I tried the door, knowing it was locked - maybe he'd forgotten? Still didn't get up to open it... 30 mins past opening he left out the back and his colleague came in still not opening the door... I went to Costa opposite to have a drink and warm up whilst watching the door, at 9:58 (58 mins past opening she unlocks the door and changes the sign over, I head straight for the door walk in and make my enquiry to be told that she'd just finished taking the application fee from someone else who'd left a voice mail. Offered a weak apology and tried to tell me the door was open when her colleague was in, despite me having just watched her change the sign over and unlock the door.
Hi Darren, this is certainly not what we want to hear and we'll be investigating this with the Director who covers that office. At Countrywide we take great pride in providing the best service we can and this is not the standard we expect to be seeing. I thank you for bringing this to our attention and I can assure you that should you consider using us again you won't regret it!
