GoogleWe recently completed the purchase of a property that we are looking to rent out. Initially the viewings were really easy to arrange and staff at that stage we’re very helpful. During the solicitors stage Jenny from the uppermill office kept us in the loop at every stage which we found really helpful!

GoogleBeen renting a property from Ryder & Dutton for 5 years now and they have always been there if we need owt doing, Lesley Knight from Springhead office, would do her best to get it sorted, 9 times out of 10 she would. If I was buying a property I would definitely go to Lesley. All round a great friendly person .

GoogleWe sold our property in Saddleworth with R and D Uppermill and couldn't fault them. We have previously sold property via online services ,but this time decided on a traditional agent to meet our needs. From start to finish the process was super efficient, helpful and professional. Our specific requirements were always accommodated and we feel very happy with the service we received throughout, particularly from Charlotte ,who's patience and professionalism was second to none. GoogleOver the lasr two years, we've sold two properties in Greenfield. The first one was sold within three days of marketing for well above its asking price. The second, which completed today, was sold in record time and at an excellent price. I would recommend Ryder and Dutton , without hesitation, they know exactly what they're doing.
