FacebookUPS sold our house last year and the service was second to none. Denise was an absolute star and so easy to deal with. She kept us informed at every stage and even in between she was in touch to see how we were getting on. Such a friendly team at Forestside, I really can’t recommend enough. Denise really made the whole process a lot less stressful :) Thank you, Gary
Thank you so much Gary!. Really appreciate the feedback!

FacebookWe have recently completed the sale of our home with UPS Forestside. The sale was made so much easier knowing that we had Terese keeping us fully updated at every stage (we no longer live in NI). Terese went above and beyond to communicate with us and liaise with our buyers and solicitors. I cannot thank her enough!!!
Many thanks Carmen!. We really appreciate the kind words!

GoogleI've just sold my property with the UPS Forestside branch and have been totally blown away by their efforts. As with most house selling/buying scenarios, we hit a few bumps in the road. However Therese's responsiveness, professionalism & genuine care for our best interest found us the perfect buyer. The whole team have been a pleasure to deal with and we really appreciate how much Therese went above and beyond for us.

FacebookUPS Forestside have gone the extra mile for Harlequins Minis RFC! Their sponsorship helps us with everything from kit to equipment and has made a real difference for our young players. We’re lucky to have a partner who values teamwork and reliability, just like we do on the pitch. Thanks to UPS Forestside, we’re able to focus on developing our players and creating a positive, inclusive environment for everyone. Your support truly delivers!

GoogleWe recently bought and sold through UPS forestside. We couldn’t have asked for a better service. They advocated for us, both as a seller and a buyer. I never felt that they were taking advantage of us, or people interested in buying our property. They got our house on the market at very short notice and it was sale agreed in less than a week. The staff were friendly and professional. They were very responsive via email and phone, and spent time chasing up queries that were probably above and beyond. Would highly recommend.

FacebookWe recently sold a property with Andrew and his team at UPS Forrestside. I can highly recommend the first class service provided from the initial valuation right through to completion. UPS were extremely proactive throughout the process, highlighting the property on every platform, generating large numbers of viewings and updating us with the progress of what turned out to be a very swift transaction. I would happily avail of their services again and have recommended them to another family member who is also selling their house. Thanks again Andrew.

Other than Lara who has been very helpful, UPS have been woeful in mediating the sale of a house. I have had prior poor experiences in dealing with this company and would never consider buying a house on the market with them again.
