I recently sold my house through UPS Forestside. I have to thank Conor and his team, in particular Therese, for their professionalism and everything they did in what turned out to be a longer process than expected. The purchasing chain broke twice but third time lucky thankfully. The team kept me informed throughout and Therese liaised with buyers, agents and solicitors regularly to get the sale finalised at the earliest opportunity. I have no hesitation in recommending UPS Forestside to anyone embarking on a property sale in the area.

Avoid if possible

My property purchase with UPS fell through because the property did not have proper certification. When I notified UPS that I was withdrawing, they told me this would be added to my record and could affect my ability to buy a house with them in future. I think it's unfair to penalise customers who withdraw from a sale in these circumstances, and I would avoid UPS if possible. On top of this, they applied a lot of pressure during the sale process, provided a damp specialist who did not have the correct qualifications, and entertained a potential second buyer after the sale had been agreed.
