GoogleWhat a fantastic experience in selling my house. We met Riccardo for marketing, everything was explained to us and we were kept in touch all along the way. Nicola created a what’s app group so we could keep in touch and ask questions at any stage. Such professionalism, you exceeded my expectations and I couldn’t recommend Nicola Kennedy Residential any higher for anyone selling up. Always felt at ease to ask questions even if it was out of office hours. 5 stars😃

GoogleRiccardo, Nicola and the team at Nicola Kennedy Residential are fantastic. I was a tennant with them for almost 5 years and from the outset the support and service they provided, at what was initially a difficult time, was amazing . The presentation and standard of the accommodation was impeccable. I have not had many dealings with residential companies however, I sincerely doubt you would not find a more friendly, comprehensive service with any other company. 100% recommended this team.

I found them to be reliable, honest, very efficient and always available to me. A great job done by a super efficient hard working team. Their office staff were great too. 5 stars.

The flat was sold in a day under circumstances that perfectly suited my needs and for a price I was delighted with. Nicola Kennedy residential know the property market inside and out and are an absolute pleasure to deal with. GoogleIncredible service in every aspect from genuinely nice people who care. Professional, friendly, comprehensive and immediate. I was a tenant in their properties for 14 or 15 years before I bought my own place and can’t recommend them highly enough whether you are a landlord or tenant .

I have been with them for a number of years now and they have always been incredibly professional, communicative, helpful, friendly - really going above and beyond. I never have to worry about a thing with my flat - they are extremely knowledgeable about current requirements, etc., which I would never be able to keep up with by myself. One of the many things I love about them is that they take care of both tenants and landlords equally well - I don't think this is common with property agents. So I am valued and taken care of as an owner, but so equally is my tenant, which is a huge reassurance. I would never use anyone else to manage a property now. Thankyou!

GoogleI cannot recommend Nicola Kennedy Letting enough. I have been with them for many years now and their service and attention to detail is fantastic. I sleep well knowing that NKL are looking after my flat. Nicola and Riccardo are very professional and if there have been any issues with my flat, those issues are sorted out swiftly and smoothly. Would give them 100 stars if I could, but sadly Google only allows 5. Highly recommended.
